Inspect Any Car have invested heavily to provide both a easy damage reporting procedure backed up by a highly sophisticated CRM system that can produce live tracking and detailed reports. All customers of Inspect Any Car will receive their own customer portal that will provide information as and when they need it. Repair deployment Gaining sufficient information of the damage has always been a difficult exercise, so Inspect Any Car have created multi-platforms that our customers can use to report damages. We have pre-agreed SLA;s with our network resulting in priority service, this means the driver of the damaged vehicle will be contacted promptly to arrange a convenient date and time to commence repairs. Following the repair of the vehicle, a damage completion pack is created that confirms the successful sign-off for the repair. This is accompanied by photos before, during and after the repair. The status of all repairs, including raised invoices are available on your portal 24/7.

Pricing matrix One of the key benefits of our repair service is our pricing, we have negotiated low prices based behind our volumes and we share these discounts with you. As a customer of Inspect Any Car you will receive a detailed pricing matrix that will offer fixed price repairs dependent on the area and severity of damage. Our matrix is fully inclusive of labour, paint and materials, administration and travel. (on occasions and due to scope of damaged area, a unique quote may have to be sought, repairs will not be performed until authority is provided) Repair quality and guarantee's As we only work with market leaders in minor repair s, the repair quality is to the highest standard. All our network partners will have industry recognised accreditations. All repair work is guaranteed in line with our working partners standard terms and conditions and in the very rare occurrence of the repair not being to the required standard, Inspect Any Car will manage the rectification process with our network partners. Reporting We understand that managing costs across a fleet of vehicles is of paramount importance and this is driven from the information provided. Inspect Any Car has developed their systems to give you full access to report s on any repairs deployed. Through your portal you will be able to produce historical reports, monthly reports, regional reports and just about any report you require!
