See AIRAC AIP isa sisaldab ajutisi RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduure, mida testitakse Kärdla lennuvälja rajale 14/32. This section supplements the following portion of the AIP: AD 2 EEKA. This AIRAC AIP SUP contains temporary RAV (SS) approach procedures, which will be tested at Kärdla Airport RWY 14/32. 1 Periood RAV testlende teostatakse ajavahemikus 8. november 2018 kuni 22. november 2018 EST. 1 Period RAV flight trials are performed during the period from 08 OV 2018 to 22 OV 2018 EST. 2 RAV lähenemisprotseduuride testimine Ajutised RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduurid on eelnevalt testitud lennusimulaatoris. Käesolevate testlendude eesmärk on veenduda, et lähenemisprotseduurid on kasutatavad ja ohutud lendamiseks. Ajutiste RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduuride testlende on lubatud teostada ainult volitatud ettevõttel protseduuride valideerimise eesmärgil. Protseduurid on välja töötatud vastavalt kehtivatele ICAO juhendmaterjalidele, dokumendis PA-OPS Doc 8168, Vol II toodud Basic SS ning baromeetrilise püstsuunalise navigeerimise (BARO-VAV) ja satelliidipõhise tugisüsteemi (SBAS) kriteeriumitele. Täiendav info RAV protseduuridest, Basic SS vastuvõtjate, baromeetrilise VAV ja SBAS seadmete kohta on leitav ICAO juhendmaterjalidest ja dokumendist PA- OPS Doc 8168, Vol I. RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduuride jaoks vajalik RAIM ja EOS info avaldatakse OTAM-iga. Testlende teostavate õhusõidukite pilootidel on, enne RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduuri alustamist ja kogu protseduuri kasutamise vältel, kohustus veenduda asjaolus, et õhusõiduki pardal on kasutusel Kärdla lennuväljal hetkel kehtiv QH. Peale testlendude edukat läbiviimist avaldatakse RAV (SS) lähenemisprotseduurid AIP-is vastavalt AIRAC tsüklile. 2 Flight Trials of RAV Approach Procedures Temporary RAV (SS) approach procedures have been previously tested in a flight simulator. The purpose of the flight trials is to verify that the approach procedures are usable and safe for flying. The flight trials of temporary RAV (SS) approach procedures are only allowed to be performed by an authorised company for the purpose of validating the procedures. Procedures have been designed according to current ICAO guidance materials, PAS-OPS Doc 8168, Vol II for Basic SS, barometric vertical navigation (BARO-VAV) and satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS) criteria. Detailed information on RAV procedures, Basic SS receivers, BARO-VAV and SBAS systems can be found in the ICAO guidance materials and PAS-OPS Doc 8168, Vol I. ecessary RAIM and EOS information for RAV (SS) approach procedures will be published by OTAM. The aircraft pilots conducting the trial flights shall ensure the aircraft uses the latest QH of Kärdla Airport before commencement and during the RAV (SS) approach procedure. After the successful completion of flight trials, RAV (SS) approach procedures will be published in the AIP according to the AIRAC cycle. EAS
