ako HSC2000S 2.0 MW SOLAR STATION (STEEL) Container with DC-distribution, Inverters, Medium-Voltage Transformer and Switchgear The solar station HSC2000S is a new development for large photovoltaic power plants. The 40 ft high-cube container includes the DC-distribution, the inverter, the medium voltage transformer and the medium voltage switchgear. The HSC2000S is a plug and play solution for quick installation with low total costs. The HSC2000S is a completely factoryassembled system only the DC-connections to the photovoltaic array and the AC-connection to the medium-voltage grid have to be done on site. The photovoltaic array is linked via fuses or circuit breakers and an EMC-fi lter to the input of the inverter. As an option, the current in each string (fuse) can be measured separately. The inverter system consists of three identical inverters. These inverters operate independently and feed their output power into different low-voltage windings of a special medium voltage transformer T1 (please refer to the block diagram below), optimized for the photovoltaic array. The container is connected to the grid via the internal medium-voltage switchgear. Optionally, the auxiliaries of the inverter system and the heating can be fed by transformer T2 or from an external source. Each inverter is supplied with all necessary control systems and has its own maximum-power-point tracker. As standard, a PC-based monitoring system with an Ethernet interface provides all important information to the user. In the unlikely case of malfunction, a failure message is generated and sent automatically. Optionally the communication can be realised via GSM modem. 8
HELIOTRACKER INNOVA ONE AXIS SOLAR TRACKER FUNCTIONAL ADVANTAGES Modularity. It is composed by groups of mecano-welded structures containing six modules in horizontal which are moved by one axis rotation. It can also be composed by 16 to 40 structural modules, depending on the land and the module-inverter configuration to avoid group and wiring divisions. East-west polar Tracking system with a ±50 angle. It has a tracking system with backtracking which minimizes the shading effect. Production increase of at least 20% compared to 30º fixed structure systems, with only 30% more occupancy. Quick and easy assembly during the civil works. All the welded joints are made at the workshops, leaving for civil works just the screwed joints. The modules are set at 0,3 m (minimum height) and at 2,3 m (maximum height), to avoid the use of scaffolding and special machinery. The simplicity of the structure allows a quick assembly and a simple foundation. Maintenance cost reductions. Each tracker has a single 0,37 Kw lineal actuator, that minimizes the possibilities of failure. There is no need of special elevation machinery for the maintenance of modules, so this implies a cost reduction. Strength in the design, it withstands the most adverse operation conditions. The calculations have been done meeting EUROCODES and local regulations in force. 9
