Junior Recruitment Program 2018 Goals: - Finding and supporting young talent - Introduction to Porsche racing and lifestyle Results : - Entering the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux - Enlarged visibility for all parties involved - Communication tool - Sponsor & marketing tool Drivers criteria: - Age < 25 years - English language skills - High level karting experience or first experience in motorsport (without having competed in a Porsche Cup) 2
Program: 1) Mid season pré-selection: - Driving experience in a Porsche street car - Fysical & mental tests - Introduction to the 2018 racing teams - Introduction to the end of season test 2) End of season selection: - Driving test in a Porsche race car - Individual interviews judging competitiveness, attitude & values, language skills - Business plan 3
1) Mid season pré-selection Date: October 25th, 2018 Location: Circuit Zolder 1) Driving experience in a Porsche street car - Introduction to the circuit - Guidance by Porsche Young Professional Mathieu Jaminet 2) Fysical & mental tests - Fysical test running - Mental test stress monitoring - Strength test core test, coördination - Muscle test body mass index - Nutrition coaching - Training advise 3) Introduction to the 2018 racing teams 4) Introduction to the end of season test 4
2) End of season selection Date: November 15th, 2018 Location: Circuit Zolder 1) Driving test in a Porsche race car - Guided track walk - Guidance by Porsche Young Professional Mathieu Jaminet 2) Individual interviews - competitiveness - attitude & values - language skills 3) Business plan - Presentation business plan 2019-2019 program including a cooperation with a current PGT3CCB team 5
Criteria to enter the Junior Recruitment Program Junior Recruit candidate: - < 25 years old - High level karting experience or first experience in motorsport (without having competed in a Porsche Cup) - speak and understand English Participation cost: 4.500 ex VAT Entry deadline: August 31st, 2018 6
The Junior Recruitment Support The winner of the Junior Recruitment program 2018 will be supported by Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux and it s partners for the 2019 season and will receive a package with a value of 40.000. - The title of Junior Recruit 2018 - Entry fee 2019 season - Michelin tyre support (1 set per race weekend in 2019) - Participation in the Benelux Junior program 2019 (Fysical and mental coaching, media training, Porsche ambassador training, etc ) - Race overall Porsche Motorsport - Dedicated communication 7
Why sign up for the Junior Recruitment Program? Lots of carreers begun at Porsche. Remember Timo Bernhard (GER), Patrick Long (USA), Michael Christensen (DEN), Earl Bamber (NZL) and more recently Sven Müller (GER) and Mathieu Jaminet (FR) who all started as a Porsche Junior in the one-make-series and are Porsche works drivers today. The Porsche Junior Recruitment program is created to support young ambitious drivers reaching their first goal; racing a Porsche 991 GT3 Cup car in an official Porsche series. Once they have entered the series through this program or by themselves - they can sign up for the Porsche Benelux Junior program coaching them to be more complete drivers and preparing them for the Porsche Motorsport Junior shoot-out. Entering the Junior Recruitment Program is the most efficient and shortest way to becoming an official Porsche driver! With only a small investment of 4.500 and a lot of motivation and ambition, candidates can work their way to the Junior Recruit title, receiving a support of 40.000 to help them participate in their first season in a Porsche. 8
