STEP 1 Disconnect battery cables and remove passenger side inner fender liner. STEP 2 Remove factory placement air box and ducting. 6 S300SX-E Single Turbo 2003-2012 6.7L Cummins

STEP 3 Remove factory charge tube, boot and factory down pipe. STEP 4 If equipped, disconnect all electrical connectors from the turbocharger assembly. Disconnect and remove oil feed, and oil drain. Then remove the exhaust manifold bolts and turbocharger assembly from the vehicle. Note: Removing battery tray may allow for more room and easier access. www.industrialinjection.com 800-955-0476 7

STEP 5 Install plug into factory oil feed outlet in filter housing. STEP 5 6.7L Only! Install all coolant plugs. 8 S300SX-E Single Turbo 2003-2012 6.7L Cummins

STEP 6 Late Model 5.9L Only! Install supplied waste gate fooler onto engine harness previously disconnected from factory turbocharger.. STEP 10 Install supplied oil drain tube with gasket onto the turbo. www.industrialinjection.com 800-955-0476 9

STEP 7 Install exhaust manifold with supplied gaskets and hardware. Then install turbo leaving compressor housing loose for alignment of charged air pipe. STEP 8 Install lower portion of oil drain from turbo into the block, replacing the factory drain. Note: pictures are shown on display engine for clarity. Note: Be sure to lubricate the o-rings before installation. Note: If necessary, use an end wrench on the drain to apply pressure or use as a point to hammer into the block. 10 S300SX-E Single Turbo 2003-2012 6.7L Cummins

STEP 9 Install supplied charge air cooler boot onto the intercooler. Note: This boot is a straight 3 boot on 5.9L. On the 6.7L it is a 3 to 2.75 reducer boot. STEP 10 Install supplied o-ring into charge air elbow, then using the supplied reducer boot attach charge air elbow onto charge air pipe. Set the supplied clamps in place and install charge air pipe from turbo to intercooler. Note: Once aligned, tighten compressor cover housing to 110in lbs, then tighten the clamps on the CAC boots and the charge air elbow. www.industrialinjection.com 800-955-0476 11

STEP 11 Remove 1/8 NPT plug from oil filter housing and install 1/8 NPT X-4 oil feed line into filter housing. Install 1/4 NPT X-4 oil feed fitting into turbo bearing housing. STEP 12 Now install the supplied -4 oil feed line from the oil filter housing to the turbo. 12 S300SX-E Single Turbo 2003-2012 6.7L Cummins

STEP 13 Install supplied grid heater relay drop bracket. (Before and after pics.) Note: you may have to increase the bend of the relocation bracket for more clearance. STEP 14 Install supplied down pipe with clamp and adjust for clearance. www.industrialinjection.com 800-955-0476 13

STEP 15 Install supplied 5/8 hose from valve cover breather and vent to atmosphere. STEP 16 Install supplied intake boot on compressor housing of turbo.. 14 S300SX-E Single Turbo 2003-2012 6.7L Cummins

STEP 17 Install intake sensor using supplied hardware and gaskets into the intake tube. Install intake tube into the intake boot on the compressor housing, then install air filter and tighten all clamps. Re-connect intake sensor harness. STEP 18 Double check the tightness of all fittings. Reconnect battery cables, start engine, and check for leaks. Note: before starting your engine, all new turbo charger oil feed supply lines should be bled of air. Important: When installing a new turbo, before you install the oil feed line onto the turbo, be sure to pour clean/new engine oil into the turbo oil feed port. Also make sure to bleed the oil feed lines of air. If you fail to properly lubricate the turbo before starting the truck, it can cause turbo failure. www.industrialinjection.com 800-955-0476 15
