We provide a comprehensive range of reliable solutions for the multiple application demands of today's industries, including agriculture. Designed and assembled in Australia, our agricultural range of submersible, transfer and solar pumping systems provide reliable watering solutions for all livestock and small irrigation applications, as well as domestic and town water supplies for remote and rural communities. Purpose-built to withstand the harshest environments, our pumps can be driven by electric, petrol, diesel, PTO, or solar energy. These pumps will dependably transfer from sources such as boreholes, tanks, dams, wells, creeks, lakes and rivers. With multiple advantages over traditional water pumps, our MONO TM brand of pumps are self-priming, self-cleaning and highly efficient with low running costs. And, with only one moving part, requires minimal to zero maintenance. Synonymous with our brand, is the efficient pump principle in which a helical rotor turns inside the stator. This simple design allows very high pressure at low volumes. Our range of surface and borehole pumps are capable of delivering heads up to 300m (990ft) and flows up to 840 l/m (221 GPM). Unlike other pump technologies, the self-cleaning action of the PC pumps are ideal for bacterial problematic bores, such as high iron oxide deposits. Mono SUN-SUBTM Pump Delivering steady flows even in low-light Solar power is now more reliable and cost effective than either windmills or diesel motors, when combined with our MONO progressing cavity pumps. The SUN-SUB submersible, is our most popular eco-friendly solar water pumping solution, that delivers economic, trouble free and reliable water, even when cloudy. Providing flow with every revolution, this highly efficient solar system maximizes the amount of water pumped throughout the day. Purpose built to withstand the toughest conditions our SUN-SUB range is ideal for off-grid and remote locations worldwide. Designed for pumping potable and brackish water from 4" (100 mm) or greater bores the SUN-SUB system comes in a range of sizes. Available with either stationary or GPS tracking solar arrays, ranging from 200W-2400W, this pump can produce very high flows, up to 120 m3/d (31.7 GDP)* and discharge pressures up to 150 m (492 ft). With a helical PC wetend direct coupled to a stainless steel brushless DC motor, a steady flow is reliably produced and unaffected by changes in differential pressure either in the bore or on the surface. All packages come with programmable electronic pressure control and can be easily automated with the addition of external float switches or pressure kits to your pipework. Complete systems include a solar motor controller (SMC) with auto pressure shut-off, a bore cap and pre-assembled fixed or tracking solar array. Further optional extras available include a bore probe, horizontal float arrangement for dams or streams, hand held display unit (HHDU), and AC PowerPak for 24 hr operation. Mono SUN-SUB Pump Our SUN-SUB pump draws its energy from the sun, thus eliminating the need for diesel fuel or AC power. Various sized system with multiple panel configurations to suit most duties. High daily flows with discharge pressures up to 150 m. The system is easily automated by using a float switch, pressure kit or built in electronic pressure control. All SUN-SUB pump systems are supplied complete with pre-wired solar modules, array frames, pump element, submersible motor and solar motor controller. SUN-SUB solar pumping systems can be further enhanced with the use of GPS tracking solar arrays, AC PowerPak interface or by using the latest telemetry systems. The PC pump element used in borehole applications is proven to provide maximum water output in a variety of water conditions. Depending on the amount of sunlight available, the unique design of the SUN-SUB pump means water will be delivered with every revolution of the pump. The SUN-SUB pump is suitable for a 4" or greater bore. All electrical cables are fitted with plugs and sockets eliminating the need for an electrician. Mono Sun-Ray SRX Pump Range Solar surface & floating water transfer systems Sun-Ray SRX water transfer systems maximize the benefits of using solar power in agricultural applications, thus eliminating the need for diesel fuel or AC power. This system reliably transfers water from springs, rivers, tanks and shallow bores. Utilising PC pump technology, coupled with a highly efficient DC motor and solar array, this package provides very high daily flows of up to 93m3/d (24.6 GPD) and discharge pressures of up to 50 m (164 ft). Our solar pumping packages are durable, sustainable, eco-friendly and purpose built for harsh conditions and remote locations. With selfpriming and suction lift capabilities of up to 4 m (13.1 ft), allowing it to be installed above the high water mark on dam walls or river banks. Available in surface mount or floating arrangements, the streamlined floating pontoon enables the pump to safely float on a water source. The unique design of this pump ensures a low starting torque and maximum efficiency even in contaminated water. Additionally, the helical rotor pump is self-cleaning, making this system ideal for iron oxide or shallow silt rich bores therefore, extending the life of the element in abrasive applications. Sun-Ray SRX systems come in three pump sizes: SRX CP25 (up to 50 m and up to 28 l/m), SRX CP800 (up to 35 m, and up to 68 l/m); and SRX CP1600 (up to 25 m, up to 130 l/m). All systems are supplied with prewired solar modules, array frame, pump, variable speed DC brushless motor, SMC and all electrical connections are fitted with plugs and sockets, eliminating the need for an electrician. Mono ASP Surface Pump range Range of surface transfer pumps Our ASP surface transfer range of pumps are ideally suited to high pressure applications. With self-priming and suction capabilities, these pumps transfer potable water from lakes, rivers, dams, tanks, ponds and even shallow bores. Providing maximum efficiency and reliability, the system can produce heads of up to 240 m (792 ft) and flows of up to 259 l/m (68 GPM). This energy saving pump design provides consistent high performance. A stainless steel barrel and hard chrome plated rotor, gives you a wear resistant, corrosion free long life. The Titanium Tuff Flexishaft unique to the ASP range, provides a compact pump footprint. A complete package includes the pump, motor, clutch, belt and pulleys, galvanized base with safety guard. Also available in two additional configurations, motorotor or bareshaft. The motorotor arrangement direct couples the pump to an electric motor (for 1 or 3 phase power) and delivers heads of up to 120 m (393 ft). The bareshaft unit is able to produce heads of up to 240 m (792 ft), and features a high quality, robust keyed drive for positive power transmission. Mono AGM Surface Pump Surface Transfer Pumps Our AGM range of heavy duty surface pumps have been engineered to suit demanding agricultural water transfer applications. As the bigger sibling of our ASP range, the AGM has a heavier duty industrial bearing housing to withstand higher flows, producing discharge pressures of up to 300 m (985 ft) and flows of up to 840 l/m (222 GPM). The exceptional capabilities of this pump allow it to be placed at a significant distance from a water source, pumping over several km's if required. Along with greater suction capabilities of up to 8 m (26 ft), this versatile system is ideal for applications such as, running small irrigators or wash down facilities in animal processing plants. Our AGM is available in a bareshaft option or as a complete motorized package coupled to either a petrol, diesel or electric motor. Capable of handling flows of up to 810 l/m (214 GPM) and heads of up to 300 m (984 ft), the Lineshaft borehole pump is ideal for all types of problem bores be it gaseous, abrasive or where high water temperatures are present that limit the use of the average submersible pump/motor options in todays market. An easy to maintain, simple and well proven concept, consisting of a surface mounted drive head, several lengths of column and a shaft coupled to a PC pump. Additional Information On cloudy days Our Mono solar pumps keep working even in low light. When it is cloudy, your pump will slow down but because it has no minimum speed (unlike a centrifugal pump), it will keep drawing water. Our system is one of the only solar packages on the market that allows you to control the speed of the pump, therefore controlling your flow. If you have a very low yielding bore, this control is critical to ensure the pump doesn't run dry, or collapse the bore. Daily flow rates Minute by minute flow is irrelevant to a system that pumps from dawn to dusk. Our figures are based on the daily average performance of a pump. Flow will be highest on sunny days when you most need water. Budgeting for solar Your solar powered pump will quickly pay for itself by saving on diesel, petrol or electricity bills. A solar pumping system costs about the same as an old-fashioned windmill. Health and safety concerns Our pumps keep you on the ground. You will not need to use a harness or work at heights. We can replace your windmills as a safer option. Water level protection Controller features include over programmable pressure cut off to sense when storage tanks are full. In addition, there is a float switch/level probe inputs to sense the bore water levels and protect the pump from dry running. Pump and panel life Our pumps can last for decades. Our first installation was back in 1985 and we are still going strong. Owners of a solar system can expect many years of reliable pumping power. How our solar pumps work without batteries Other solar pump motors need batteries to keep up speed, wasting up to 30% of the electrical energy in the process. Our solar pumps use the same DC (direct current) produced by the panels. Together with our low-speed pumping power and the electrical efficiency of the MPPT, today you have the most productive solar pumping available. Weather resistance Solar panels are far more cyclone resistant than windmills. All array frames have been designed to withstand 140km/ hr winds and can be easily modified to withstand 210km/hr storms.
