Piston rods are made from 0,000 to 00,000 psi minimum yield material in " through /" diameters. Larger diameters vary between,000 and 0,000 psi minimum yield material, depending on rod diameter. The piston thread equals the catalog style # rod end thread for each rod diameter to assure proper piston-to-rod thread strength. Two wrench flats are provided for rod end attachment. Primary Seal Tuffseal Special polyurethane seal is a proven leakproof design, which incorporates the pressure-compensated uni-directional characteristics of a U CUP with the multiple edge sealing effectiveness of compression-type stacked-packings. Steel Head ored and grooved to provide concentricity for mating parts. Ports NPTF ports are standard. SA ports available. nd Seals Pressure-actuated cylinder body-tohead and cap O rings.
