San Ramon, C 94109 Re: Biweekly Report (September 26 October 7, 2011) Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) sbestos ir Sampling Results DMP RIN # NO-0055 Former Hunters Point Power Plant, 1000 Evans venue, San Francisco, C Dear Mr. Harnish: Per the Bay rea ir Quality Management District's letter dated July 13, 2009 that approved the sbestos Dust Mitigation Plan (DMP, RG, 2009) for soil disturbance work at the former Hunters Point Power Plant, attached is a tabulation of the air monitoring results for airborne asbestos analyzed by TEM. ll air testing was performed in accordance with the approved DMP. On several occasions, the TEM results for airborne asbestos exceeded 0.016 s/cc. The table below lists the activities and the response actions.
