Service Life Use within the following temperture nd humidity rnges: Temperture: 1 to 55 C (with no icing or condenstion) Humidity: 5% to 85% Modulr Temperture E5ZN I-141

If the product is instlled inside control pnel, the temperture round the product (nd not the temperture round the control pnel) must be kept below 55 C. With electronic devices like the E5ZN, the service life will depend not only on the number of switching opertions performed by the rely but lso on the service life of the internl electronic components. The service life of these components depends on the mbient temperture; it will be shorter if the mbient temperture is high, nd longer if the mbient temperture is low. For this reson, the service life of the product cn be lengthened by keeping the inside of the E5ZN t low temperture. If severl Units re mounted side-by-side or re rrnged verticlly, the het generted my cuse the internl temperture of the Units to rise, reducing service life. To prevent this, tke steps to ensure tht the Units re cooled, such s instlling fns. Ensure, however, tht the terminls re not lso cooled, otherwise correct temperture mesurement will not be possible. Mesurement ccurcy When extending the led wires for thermocouples, use compensting conductor pproprite for the type of thermocouple used. When extending the led wires for pltinum resistnce thermometers, use led wires with low resistnce, nd mke the resistnce in the 3 led wires equl. Mount the E5ZN horizontlly. If significnt errors occur, check tht input compenstion hs been set correctly. Mounting nd Dismounting To mount using mounting trck, first hook prt (see below) onto the trck nd then push down on prt B. To dismount, insert flt-blded screwdriver into prt C, pull the hook down, nd then lift the bottom prt of the E5ZN upwrds. Wterproofing The enclosure rtings re given below.
