Series ITV Working Principle When the input signal rises, the air supply soloenoid q turns ON. Due to this, part of the supply pressure passes through the air supply solenoid q and changes to output pressure. This output pressure feeds back to the control circuit r via the pressure sensor e. Here, pressure corrections continue until output pressure becomes proportional to the input signal, enabling output pressure that is proportional to the input signal. Therefore, supply pressure passes through the air supply solenoid q and is applied to the pilot chamber e. The pressure in the pilot chamber e increases and operates on the upper surface of the diaphragm r. As a result, the air supply t linked to the diaphragm r opens, and a portion of the supply pressure becomes output pressure. This output pressure feeds back to the control circuit i via the pressure sensor u. As a result, the vacuum pressure t which is linked to the diaphragm r opens, VAC. and OUT. are connected, and the set pressure becomes negative. This negative pressure feeds back to the control circuit i via the pressure sensor u. Then, a correct operation works until a vacuum pressure proportional to the input signal is reached, and a vacuum pressure is obtained which is always proportional to the input signal.
