INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remve right side side-panel, hd, wind- shield and headlamp pd assembly. 2. Remve 3 screws n the bttm side f headlamp pd that secure headlamp pd tp cver. Unplug Speedmeter, ignitin switch and remve headlamp pd tp cver. 3. Remve tw screws securing headlamps t the pd and remve headlamp assemblies. 4. Munt SledLites.cm ballasts t the pd using 6 supplied 6 x ½ self-tapping screws as shwn. 5. Plug the SledLites.cm headlamp harness P/N ACSHHAH822 t the HID ballasts. Plug the snwmbile factry high beam lamp plugs (inside lamps) t the SledLites.cm headlamp harness. 6. Rt the harness t the underside f the pd and use plastic tie straps t tie as shwn. Page 2
7. Remve factry high beam bulbs (inside bulbs) and install SledLites.cm HID bulbs. 8. Cnnect the HID bulbs t the ballasts and reinstall headlamps int pd. Rute the ballast wiring beneath the headlamp adjusters. 9. Cnnect Relay Harness P/N ACSBATT t the snwmbile battery, d nt install fuse at this time. Fllw the snwmbile factry wiring and rute the harness up and tie ff near chassis pd cnnectr as shwn. Page 3
10. Reassemble the pd assembly. Install the pd assembly nt the snwmbile and cnnect the SledLites.cm headlamp harness t the SledLites.cm relay harness. Install windshield, hd and right side panel. 11. Install 20A fuse int SledLites.cm relay harness fuse hlder. Reinstall side-panel NEVER INSTALL, TEST OR REPLACE 20A FUSE WHILE SNOWMOBILE ENGINE IS RUNNING.
