drive it yourself? eligibility criteria For maximum flexibility and lowest cost to your group, we strongly promote the use of our vehicles with drivers nominated by you. To meet the eligibility criteria, drivers should have held a full driving licence for over two years, be aged between 21 and 70 and should provide us with details of any penalty points, convictions and relevant medical conditions. All drivers wishing to use our vehicles must also hold a valid Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) certificate. Don t worry if you don t have one as we offer MiDAS training at a highly subsidised rate to member groups. driver training: MiDAS MiDAS is the national standard for minibus drivers in the voluntary and public sector. Our MiDAS training consists of a one-day classroom session and a separate, individual one-hour on-the-road driving assessment.
