ROC 442PC the Workmate A tophammer crawler rig for 41 115 mm (1 5 /8 4 1 /2 ) holes. PROVEN RELIABILITY The ROC 442PC is designed to meet the toughest challenges, day after day. It comes in three different versions, with different tophammer drills: The legendary high torque chain rotated BBE 57 for drilling blast holes ranging from 64 to 115 mm (2 1 /2-4 1 /2 ) with T38 and T45 extension rods. It is especially well suited for tough rock conditions since it delivers a torque up to 785 Nm (580 lbf.ft). The modern silenced gear type rotated rock drill COP 131EB for drilling blast holes ranging from 48 to 102 mm (1 7 /8-4 ) with R32, T38 and T45 extension rods. The rifle bar rotated and less air demanding BBC 120F for drilling blast holes ranging from 48 to 76 mm (1 7 /8-3 ) with R32 and T38 extension rods. At single pass drilling with 10 or 12 drill rods a minimum bit dimension of 41 mm (2 5 /8 ) may be used with a R32 rod. All rock drills offer proven reliability, easy servicing, and lowest possible air consumption. ROC 442PC with dust collector and front mounted control panel. EFFICIENT TRAMMING When tramming, the ROC 442PC won t let you down either. The upgraded hydraulic system has improved the tramming. An increased traction force and speed gives decreased oil temperature and a low working temperature. The powerful hydraulic two-speed motors develop a tractive force of 45 kn (9664 lbf) for comfortable tramming or climbing in rough terrain. Traction and boom movements are driven by a central hydraulic system that converts pneumatic energy with high efficiency. There is also a hydraulic oil cooler that improves efficiency still further by keeping the oil temperature low. The efficient BBE57, COP 131EB and BBC 120F rock drills

SIMPLICITY IN OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE The ROC 442PC is very simple and comfortable to operate. Tramming and positioning controls are located on an ergonomic swing arm panel, and drilling is controlled directly at the feed. The boom system and the clean wagon frame give you optimum stability under all conditions. The straightforward design gives easy access to all components for quick and easy maintenance. And all hoses are of course clearly marked at both ends for easy trouble shooting. OPTIONS FOR AN EVEN HIGHER EFFICIENCY The ROC 442PC can be equipped with a dust collector, DCT 140E, with shock pulsation cleaning for increased service life. There is a front swing arm for horizontal drilling, enabling you to drill holes vertical or horizontal. A rod rack reduces handling time and gives you higher productivity. And an inclination instrument ensures perfectly aligned blastholes. Everything to increase your efficiency even more.
