SWCC Summary Report Manufacturer: Wind Turbine Model: Certification Number: Lely Aircon This report summarizes the results of testing and certification of the Lely Aircon LA10 in accordance with AWEA 9.1-2009. The LA10 is a 3-blade, upwind, stall regulated, horizontal axis wind turbine with a rotor diameter of 7.6 m and swept area of 44.8 m 2. All testing was performed on a turbine system utilizing Control Techniques Unidrive grid-tie inverter and a 30 m (98 ) lattice tower at a test site near Witzwort, Germany. Power Performance testing was performed from 01 February 2011 through 19 February 2011 by Ingenieurbüro Dr. Ing. Dieter Frey. Duration testing was performed from 20 August 2010 through 12 March 2011 by Ingenieurbüro Dr. Ing. Dieter Frey. Safety and Function testing was performed on 19 September 2011 by GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH. Acoustic testing was performed on 11 March 2011 by GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH. 1.
