The Petitioner has filed petitions before the Jammu & Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (J&KSERC) for approval of its Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and determination of for the financial years 2009-10 and 2010-11. 1.2 The Commission admitted the petition for FY2009-10 and for on 08-02-2010 and directed PDD to publish a Public tice for the information of consumers/ stake holders. For FY2009-10 the T&D losses are estimated to be 62.1% and projected to decline by 4.62% to 57.48% in. 1.11 The suggestions or comments shall be filed in English, Hindi or Urdu, in four copies, and should carry the full name, postal address and e-mail address, if any, of the sender. It should be indicated whether the objection is being filed on behalf of any organization of category of consumers. It should also be mentioned if the sender wants to be heard in person, in which case opportunity would be given by the Commission at the Public Hearing to be held at Jammu on 13 th March, 2010 and at Srinagar on 15 th March 2010 for which no separate notice will be given.
