1. To use in Safety Read all safety information and operate correctly before using the unit. To avoid injury and use in safety, there are some caution mark and notes. According to the severity of the damage or injury, they are classified into warning and caution when wrong usage. The description below should be observed for safety. 2. Warning No disassembling, remodeling and fixing The injuries might be caused by fire or malfunction. Therefore repairs should be asked a distributor. The rated voltage, 120V (50Hz) is allowed to use. An excess of 120V probably cause a fire, electronic shock or malfunction. It may causes injury or electronic shock. Do not plug in as much as the extension plug allows. Please insert power plug completely, and no movement of power connector. It may cause a fire or an electronic shock. Keep wet hands away from a power connector or a machine. It may cause an electronic shock, a fire or explosion Do not use damaged probe. That will cause damage to the skin. Use probe handle for their skin only. also don't use it around volatile matter (benzene, thinner) When you not use a machine for a long while, please plug power cord out for safety. Don't use together with another machine. Also don't use it with probe wrapped in cloth or paper. It may cause malfunction 5

3. Caution Please keep away from fire, a direct ray of light or high temperature. it may cause heating, a fire or explosion. Please keep a machine or power cord away from a heater. It may cause damage of power cord and accessories, a fire or an electronic shock Please keep water or drops of coffee away from probe and a machine. Drops of coffee and water on the unit probably cause fire therefore plug it out and call at a store in advance. No fall or clash of machine and probe handle. It may cause breakdown. Please ask for repair service when either noise or malfunction happens, and plug power cord out and call. Please place a machine in flat area. especially keep away from a fall risk. It may cause malfunction. Don't use it while lighting flashes. A high current probably cause lighting. 6

4. Precautions against the limit of applicable people or region Please don t use for who has acute disease, drunk, sleeping pills, overwork and doctor's medical examination and also, stop using when you feel a pain or symptoms. Please do not use for who has an electronic machine in the body as below. 1. people who has a surgical operation such as : a. pulse generator b. implant c. plastic d. bone cement It may cause malfunction of medical electronic machine. Please prohibit patient's use as below. Pregnant women or nursing mothers, epileptics, patients with tumor. Patients with acute inflammation and communicable disease Patients whose operation wound are not healed. Patients with heart or kidney (cholelithiasis) diseases or serious diabetes. Heart, brain, cervical ganglia, spine, eyeball, bleeding, infections Operator of pulse generator, implant, plastic, bone cement Persons who got the operations like abdomen during menstruation, loops or urinary incontinence Person of acute disease or bloody disease over 38 Person of blood pressure anomaly, infectious diseases, tuberculosis diseases Person of allergy and hemophilia Person of atomic bomb disease and legal communicable disease Person of Melanesia of the face, a man of a lot of internal heat and a man who regularly visits hospital Person who takes medicines and a child under 12 years of age Outpatient should ask his doctor's advice before use. Please keep child away from treatment. Please stop using when you feel a pain, symptoms or skin complaint. Wrong use or repetitive the same region for treatment probably cause skin damage. If you have a skin trouble, keep those regions cold at once and then ask a doctor's advice. 7

Operation Panel Guide 1: MOVE Switch Before or during the machine in operations, you can use this button to move the cursor to PART, PORT, LEVEL, and TIME. 2,3 DOWN, UP Switch & Lamp Using the MOVE switch 1, you can change the value of the selected mode. When pressed again, machine will stop operation and the lamp light will shut off. 4: PAUSE Switch This is used to pause the operation temporarily. When pressed, operation will be paused. When pressed again, machine will continue in operation. 5: START/STOP Switch When this button is pressed, machine will start. When pressed again, machine will stop. Default start setting of the machine is PART: CH 1, PORT: P1, LEVEL: 01, TIME: 10 min. You can use the MOVE switch 1 to select the mode and you can change the value of the selected mode. When machine is in operation, indicating lamp on the right hand side moves up and down. 6: Display Window Shows the operation status of PART, PORT, LEVEL, and TIME. 10

7. How to use 1. Insert a power plug in. Insert a power plug in an outlet. 2. Press the power-button on. Pressing the power switch on the rear of the body has power. Front Side window display 6 Indicates active state such as MODE, TIME, and LEVEL. 3. Select PART. Based on the treatment area, you can choose CH1 or CH2 while machine is not running. Selection can be made by using either DOWN Switch 2 or UP Switch 3. When machine is started without the selection, default mode is set on CH1. 4. Select PORT. Based on the treatment purpose, P1, P2, or P3 can be selected. Using DOWN switch 2 or UP switch to select the desired mode. When the Machine is turned on without any selection, default selection of P1 will be selected automatically. 5. Select desired TIME. Desired TIME can be set before running the machine. Using DOWN switch 2 or the UP switch 3, desired time can be set. When time is not set and machine was turned on, default time setting will be 10 min. Maximum time setting is 30 min. 6. Hold probe and press START/STOP switch 5. The Red LED is on while the Body probe is working. On indicator on the right side of the Display window 6 will start moving up and down. 7. Apply Ultrasound gel. Apply Ultrasound Gel to treatment area and on the Ultrasonic probe. 11

8. Treatment initiation After selecting PART, PORT, LEVEL, and TIME, press START/STOP switch 5 to start the machine. Select the probe head LED light turns on and will play. Remaining time of the actions can be shown in the display window 6. During treatment of the hand holding the ceramic handle, please do not stop. Keep it moving. During treatment, stopping the ceramic handle could cause burns. Once treatment starts, the time is counted backwards. 9. Termination of treatment Once set time has expired, Machine will stop automatically. If desired to stop the operation while machine is in operation, by pressing PAUSE 5 you can pause the operation. If the procedure is completely finished, press the rear panel power switch off and the power cord from the wall outlet and disconnect the unit. 10. After care for the Equipment Wipe with a cotton or tissue on the treatment area Wipe the ultrasound gel with a cotton or tissue on the probe and put it on the appropriate holes in the acrylic holder 12

8. Cleaning and safekeeping after use 1. Daily cleaning Dry electrode with a soft cloth before use Keep cleaning surface of an electrode Do not place in high temperature, humidity and a direct ray of light No disassembling, remodeling and fixing Do not place in unstable, vibration and shock area 2. Periodical Inspection Inspect the body and accessories certainly before use If equipment was stored for long time, make sure that the equipment is in proper order before use. 13

9. How to replace a fuse Unplug power cord out of the wall socket. Use care when handling the fuse as it is made from glass materials. There is a spare fuse at rear side. If a fuse is burnt out, follow the below step. 1. Unplug power cord out of the wall socket. 2. Pull out a fuse holder using a screwdriver such as pictures. 1) Put in a hole using a screwdriver such as pictures. 2) Press down fuse holder using the leverage therefore the fuse holder comes out 3. Pull out a burnt fuse after disassemble fuse holder. Check to see the disconnected fuse. 4. Replace a spare fuse using a pen or something similar. 5. Finish by replace the fuse holder back in the original place. When you pull out a fuse holder using a screwdriver, do not pull strongly because it can cause injury. Use care when handling the fuse as it is made from glass materials. When no spare fuse, you can call us or purchase it on the market. Fuse standard is 5A, 250V. 14

10. Q & A Q : When switch power button on, the power is still off. A1 : Check the power plug to see if it is plugged in the wall socket completely. A2 : Check the fuse. (If fuse is burnt, please refer to the page 14 of the manual to replace the fuse.) Q : Power is on but the machine will not start when the START button is pressed. A1 : Check the probe handle to see if it is properly connected. Q : The probe is too hot. A1 : It is possible that a part or machine may be malfunctioning. Please stop using the machine and call for service. 15

11. After Service (A/S) Warranty policy You should be fully aware of user's guide, purchasing date and a store and then keep these. Warranty on the body of a machine continues from the original date of purchase into one year.
