Food Truck Application Truck Fees: $150 for the day includes both sessions. Application and fee must be received by no later than March 15, 2017 Please note: This festival is no longer exclusive to members of the Greater Lehigh Valley Food Truck Alliance. Each food truck is strongly encouraged to create one small portion menu sampler platter to include a sample of each of their trucks specialty items. We also suggest offering smaller portions and a limited menu, this will help keep lines moving and give guests the opportunity to try items from multiple trucks this is based upon feedback from fans who attended last year. Food trucks are to sell food only, Coca-Cola Park reserves the right to be the exclusive provider of all beverages both alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. Set-up, Hours, Teardown: The event will be held rain or shine. Coca-Cola Park and The Lehigh Valley IronPigs reserve the right to relocate participants to the concourse area of the ball park or club level locations if weather conditions prevent access to the field. Field location is based upon order of arrival. Once your truck is placed on the warning track, you will not be permitted to move it until the completion of both event sessions. Trucks who are unable to reach the event venue by set up time on event day may not be permitted to participate in the event. Any request for special provisions with regards to this policy must be received by Allison Valentine, Director of Special Events two weeks prior to the event. Food trucks and vendors may begin to arrive as early as 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 20 th, but by no later than 8:30 a.m. The event begins at 11am for the first VIP hour and then continues throughout the day until 8pm with a break for prep and re-stocking from 3pm-4pm. Food truck vendors may bring on to the field/warning track one vehicle which will be part of their overall space.

All Food Trucks must plan on being there for the entirety of the event and for both sessions this is a requirement. Your event vehicle will NOT be moved until after the event is over at which time all vehicles will depart at the same time in a parade-like fashion. Once your truck is placed for the event by Coca-Cola park staff members, trading spaces with other vendors or reassigning yourself to a new space is strictly prohibited. Entertainment will be provided by Lehigh Valley iron pigs and Coca-Cola Park therefore for sound, music, or the use of the PA system is prohibited. We expect the Festival to be busy with music, eating, drinking & fun continuing until the end. All food trucks and any vendors and/or artisans are required to remain open until 8 p.m. on event day. There will be NO teardown prior to 8 p.m. Trucks will be released for departure no sooner than 30 minutes after the end of the event. All food vendors must provide the City of Allentown Health Department with all necessary required paperwork per City of Allentown Guidelines at least 1 week prior to the event. 3. A Health Inspector from the city of Allentown will be completing necessary inspections prior to the event start. Please send your logo to AValentine@ironpigsbaseball.com at your earliest convenience. IronPigs will provide parking for food truck staff in a designated area behind the ballpark area close to the rear entrance of the field. This space may also be used for storage vehicles for food storage and materials necessary for truck operations. Available Resources: Food Trucks must be able to operate independently of any provided resources at Coca-Cola Park including water, electric, etc. Food trucks are to

provide their own products, personnel, signage, décor and any pop-up tents (no stakes allowed) Keep in mind, ample seating for guests will be provided by Coca-Cola Park. Trash/Clean-up: Trucks have permission to keep back-up materials at their designated spaces as long as the materials are contained and remain neat, clean and organized.
