Brief Introduction Pressure Controllers (also known as Pressure Switches) introduce advanced electric components and manufacturing process from foreign origin, are used for point to point pressure control in industrial process measurement and control systems. Working Principle When building controller products, each of these has a certain working pressure limit(working range). Within this limit, the pressure value at which you want the switch to act can be predetermined, this pressure value is also called set-point of the switch. Where in service, when process pressure varies beyond (greater or lower than) the set-point value, a sensor acts to operate an internal microswitch to turn on or turn off the system loop. A controller is normally equipped with a SPDT microswitch, the SPDT switch can be set Normal-Open or Normal- Closed. Under Normal-Open condition, the action of the switch turns on the loop, while Normal-Closed, it turns off the loop. Functional Characteristics Simple structure, high performance and reliability, vibration-proof and shock-proof. Rigid design enables this product to function properly under harsh environments and extreme temperature. Unique integral welding process combining pressure sensor with overload protector makes it possible to hold greater pressure peaks. Pressure sensor is made of high quality stainless steel, its proven anticorrosion property eliminates the chance of re-ignition after fire disaster.. All range of the switches, sensors and enclosures meets complete industrial process control requirements. Intrinsical Safety Type Explosion-proof: The intrinsic safety pressure switch does not deposit electric energy. so it could be used in the intrinsic safety loop not need attestation. The electric quantity must accord with EXI and the installation must accord relative standards. It is suggested usually to use gold contact or airtight contact for low pressure and low electric current. Isolated Type Explosion-proof: Designed according to GB standard, solid enclosure prevents the electric arc of switching operation from igniting the hazardous flammable and explosive gas outside, sealed micro switch can be used if necessary.
