About us. Ausdrive should be the first choice for your replacement feeder chains this harvest. Let us show you why we believe that fitting a new set of "Ausdrive" Feeder house, main Grain and Return chains to your machine during your harvest will save you time and money. Important features: We use slats designed to feed your crops more efficiently, they include "flipper" design to aid feed rates. Ausdrive also makes available OEM patten chains only. Ideal to replace worn chain and use your original slats. Using quality chain from Drives Incorporated means our assemblies are built to last. All main and return grain chains feature 1st grade rubber paddles to ensure maximum flow. All assemblies are bolted together using high tensile fasteners and cone lock nuts. This aids repair on-site in the event of damage to the assembly. Because we build every assembly on site we have the ability to make a chain up that is nonstandard, with very fast delivery times. Products available from Ausdrive include ANSI industrial roller chain in sizes 40-1, 50-1, 60-1, 60H-1, 80-1. Agricultural conveyor chain in sizes, CA512, CA557. Wide Waist The wide waist design of 60H and larger chains reduces the bending stress in the link plate which increases the fatigue strength of the chain. Solid Rollers Drives, Incorporated utilizes solid rollers on all precision roller chains. The solid roller allows for smooth rotation on the bushing, minimizing the impact load as the chain engages the sprocket tooth. Factory Preloading Drives, Incorporated precision roller chains are preloaded during assembly. Preloading the chain seats the chain components, which minimizes the initial elongation of the chain. Heat Treatment Rigorous process controls and state of the art heat treating furnaces assure consistent quality in all chain components. This results in optimum toughness and resistance to wear. Prelubrication After final assembly the roller chains are hot dipped in a special lubricant. This process assures that all the load bearing surfaces are protected from metal to metal contact, improving the wear life of the chain. Warranty. Ausdrive warrants all Feeder house, Main grain and return grain assemblies manufactured by Ausdrive for a period of one (1) complete harvest season from date of purchase. This only applies if the new assembly has been fitted together with new sprockets. This warranty applies to faulty workmanship and materials. Ausdrive reserves the right to repair or replace chains found to be faulty. Warranty does not include; Wear and tear from normal use Incorrect use of product for purposes for it was not designed Overstressing due to incorrect fitment Failure of machine, causing breakage or damage due to seizure or blockage. Poor maintenance Freight charges Downtime or loss of production Chains only options At Ausdrive we have the information to build you what you want. In most of the fitment guides you will find a "CO" option. This means you can purchase a chain only assembly in a OEM patten to suit the bars off your equipment.
