On December 27, 2016, PacifiCorp filed Advice No. 16-020 to introduce a new optional transitional rate for electric vehicle direct current fast chargers. Since that filing, the Company has had several tariff pages that have changed and are now in effect due to approval actions from the Public Utility Commission of Oregon. 1 As a result, the tariff sheets listed below will need to be replaced to reflect the current rates in effect. Schedule 192 is an addition to this Advice No. 16-020 as it became effective for the first time on January 1, 2017. An application requesting waiver of the statutory notice period for Schedule 192 is included with this filing as required by OAR-860-022-0020. The Company is only replacing the tariff sheets listed below; other tariff sheets included in the Company s original filing remain unchanged. The Company respectfully reiterates its request for an effective date of March 1, 2017, for all tariffs in this advice filing.
