NETAFIM DRIPPERLINE UNIRAM 20 CNL Pressure-compensating range: 1.0-4.0 bar. Anti-Siphon and Anti-Drain mechanism Largest filter in each dripper. Recommended filtration: 130 micron Double TurboNet TM labyrinth with large water passage. To be welded into thick-walled dripperlines (0.9, 1.0 and 1.2 mm). Injected silicon diaphragm. UV resistant. Resistant to standard nutrients used in agricultural UniRam TM drippers meet ISO 9261 Standards with production certified by the Israel Standards Institute (SII) Pressure compensated : Precise and equal amounts of water are delivered over a broad pressure range. 100 uniformity of water and nutrient distribution along the laterals. Anti-Siphon mechanism : Prevents contaminants from being drawn into the dripper. Anti-drain (CNL) system : Eliminates drainage and refill effect, and improves efficiency in pulse irrigation Continuously self flushing : Flushes debris as it is detected, throughout operation, not just at the beginning or end of a cycle, ensuring uninterrupted dripper operation. Self-flushing system with wide filtration area improves resistance to clogging thus making UniRam TM highly resistant when using low quality water. Physical root barrier : Better protection against root intrusion without reliance on chemicals. TurboNet TM labyrinth assures wide water passages, large deep and wide cross section improves clogging resistance. Widest water passages within the dripper. The water is drawn in to the dripper from the stream center, preventing the entrance of sediments in to the drippers. NETAFIM NON-COMPENSATED DRIPPERS ARROW STAES Maximal working pressure: 1.2 bar. Turbulent labyrinth wide water passages for highest reliability and efficiency. 5 different models to meet growers requirements. To be inserted into a 3*5 micro-tube. Allows placement of drippers exactly where necessary. Allows maximum flexibility in greenhouse and nurseries (with soft PE micro- tubes). Allows installation of other Netafim TM drippers to add compensated and anti-drain functionality. Accessory to all on-line drippers for better and more accurate installation. Adaptable to all on-line drippers via barb, manifold or adapter. PRE-ASSEMBLED DRIP SYSTEMS INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HANDLING OF PRE-ASSEMBLED DRIP SYSTEMS Drip irrigation systems are manufactured with utmost care. In order for you to achieve perfect results, we have drawn up recommendations on how to store and unroll the drip irrigation system and put it into use. Receipt Upon receipt of the drip lines, check the delivery and sign the consignment note. Any deviations found must be specified on the consignment note and notified to Revaho (as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt). Store the drip irrigation line (indoors) out of the sun in order to avoid damage due to high temperatures. Unroll the drip irrigation line within three weeks of receipt in order to avoid unnecessary leakages. Avoid lines being thrown about or treated roughly, as this could damage the drippers. Every order (of 5,000 drippers or more) complimentarily includes a hand perforator and 0.5% extra sets (2 hand perforators for more than 50,000 drippers). We recommend that you save a few of the roll stickers, as they contain information about the production batch, which may be needed in the event of complaints. Unrolling Allow the drip irrigation line to warm up to the greenhouse temperature before unrolling. We strongly recommend that the line is unrolled from a vertical reel, on a tube rail lorry. As polyethylene is sensitive to elongation and contraction, we recommend that you allow for a safety margin of 1- extra length if the lines are attached during warm weather (expansion of polyethylene is 0.0: 2 cm per degree of temperature difference per 100 metres). The lines are supplied with at least 0.5 m extra blind length (without drippers) both before and after the drippers. When inserting the spikes, start in the middle of the line and work towards the ends, thus minimising the need for additional insertion. Extra drippers can easily be added by means of the hand perforator supplied. Holes for Cobra drippers can be reamed with the supplied brass awl. Starting up Polyethylene is resistant to a great variety of chemicals, such as acids, chlorine and fertilisers (the rubber in pressure-compensating drippers is not resistant to chlorine!!). Polyethylene is not resistant to soapy products however. Only use water as a lubricant when mounting the couplings. Make sure that the PE is tightly pressed into the coupling by the rubber ring. Flush the lines thoroughly after installation in order to remove possible dirt. The memory of PE causes the lines to bend or buckle when unrolled. Bends and buckles will generally disappear in a few weeks. Buckles in micro-tubes will hardly ever reduce the water supply and can be simply removed by warming the line. Minor leakages around the perforation will generally disappear. Constriction of the micro-tube may occur if Cobra drippers have become too warm during storage. Pressing the micro-tube a few millimetres deeper into the line will make the seal effective again. Drippers to be replaced must be cut off just above the line rather than being pulled out.
