BACKGROUND: Each year during budget deliberations, staff provides Council with a graphical representation of the municipal fleet for review. COMMENTS: The attached power point presentation provides Council the current status of the municipal fleet as well as 2014 mileages and the scheduled replacement (where applicable) of each vehicle. Note: Was scheduled to be replaced in 2013 but transferred to Recreation for their usage instead of going to auction. Vehicle now requires constant maintenance and should be replaced. Recommend unit #41 from Water Dept. be transferred to Recreation as a replacement for unit #1. 2015 Western Star Tandem Plow Truck FLEET UNIT #10 Odometer Reading 564 km (March 13/15) 2014 Mileage new in 2015 Usage: Ditch, drain, catch basin work.
