&RPPLVVLRQLQJ The valve may be commissioned with the manual adjuster or SQS actuator in place. Stem retracted: Increasing flow Stem extended: Decreasing flow DLQWQDQF &DXWLRQ When servicing the valve: Switch OFF the pump and power supply, close the main shut-off valve in the pipework, release pressure in the pipes and allow them to cool down completely. If necessary, disconnect electrical connections from terminals. The valve may be re-commissioned with the manual adjuster or the SQS actuator in place. Stem seal The stem seal is not replaceable. In the event of leakage through the seal, the whole valve must be replaced. In this case, service/maintenance instructions must be observed. :DDQW\ The Landis & Staefa warranty is invalidated by the use of actuators from other manufacturers.
