Our Company Contents Higer Bus Company Limited, located in the Suzhou Industrial Park jointly established by China and Singapore, is one of the largest and most powerful bus and coach manufacturers in China. To Users To users 1. This Warranty Booklet shall be delivered together with the relative vehicle. It is the warranty agreement between Higer Bus and its customers. The users are kindly advised to read the Warranty Booklet carefully and always keep it with the vehicle. The Warranty Booklet shall not be provided again in case of loss. 2. Please read the User s Manual seriously in order to get familiar with the vehicle performance and operate the vehicle properly. 3. In order to keep the vehicle in good condition and with few malfunctions and ensure the safe and prolonged use of the vehicle, please do the grade A, B, C and D maintenance according to the Maintenance Regulation of this Warranty Booklet. 4. Running-in maintenance shall be performed in the Higer Bus authorized service stations after running for 3000 km or six months after delivery, whichever comes first. Page 4 of 42

To users 5. Grade D maintenance shall be performed in the Higer Bus authorized service stations every 10000-12000 km or four months, whichever comes first. 6. Vehicles without running-in maintenances or maintained not in conformity with the Periodical Maintenance Regulation of this Warranty Booklet shall result in the refusal of warranty application. 7. If the vehicle is used under harsh conditions such as dusty and extreme weather condition, please properly add maintenance in reference to the Periodical Maintenance Regulation. 8. To ensure that you can use the parts and components approved by Higer Bus, please apply the maintenance and service in the Higer authorized service stations. Page 5 of 42

Higer Bus Warranty Terms Appendix 1. Scope 1.1 This warranty applies to the buses, coaches and KD products manufactured by Higer Bus Company Limited (hereafter Higer Bus ) and exported to the countries or areas excluding the mainland of China. 1.2 Based on the terms of the warranty, the overseas service department of Higer Bus shall supervise its service personnel and authorized overseas service stations to implement this warranty. 2. Definition 2.1 KD products: The products which are manufactured in the CKD(Completely Knock Down) or SKD ( Semi Knock Down ) cooperation projects and conform to the design and manufacture standards of Higer Bus. 2.2 Warranty: Under the operation conditions and within the period regulated by Higer Bus, the defect parts shall be repaired or replaced free of charge to ensure the normal operation of the vehicles in case of vehicle or part failure (ineffectiveness) caused by the low material quality or faults of design, manufacture or assembly. Appendix 3. Warranty scope 3.1 On the premise that the vehicles are operated and maintained compliant with the Higer Bus Warranty Booklet and Higer Bus User s Manual, and except the items in the Warranty Limitation and within the warranty period, the service stations authorized by Higer Bus shall judge the defective parts and components and repair free of charge the ones whose defects are caused by the low quality of products or poor manufacture so that the products can recover their normal performance. 3.2 The warranty parts shall be replaced only if repair is unsuccessful. 3.3 The assemblies shall be repaired or replaced only if the repair or replacement of parts is unsuccessful. 4. When the parts in the complete vehicles have been repaired or replaced based on the warranty terms, the warranty period of the repaired or new parts shall be the remaining period of the original ones. 5. Warranty limitation This warranty shall not apply to any of the following, 5.1 The vehicles, components or parts exceeding the warranty period stipulated herewith. Page 8 of 42

Appendix 5.2 Not presenting this Warranty Booklet, presenting the damaged Warranty Booklet or the Warranty Booklet with incorrect record while without evidence of being within warranty period. 5.3 No immediate repair of failed odometer resulting in no record of actual running distance. 5.4 Failing to maintain the vehicle regularly in the Higer authorized service stations based on this Warranty Booklet. 5.5 The components and parts defects caused by improper use, adjustment or maintenance or modification by users. 5.6 Repair not in the Higer authorized service stations or the components and parts defects by virtue of installation of parts or components not from Higer Bus. 5.7 The necessary replaced or added auxiliary material and normal wear and tear parts including all kinds of oil, fluid or grease in the lubrication, cooling and transmission system and oil seal, belt, rubber strips, brake linings, filters, bulbs, fuse, wiper blades, clutch discs, brake lining, brake drums, tyres and battery. 5.8 The damages and defects as a result of the Force Majeure including natural disaster such as flood, earthquake or fire disaster; or terrible climate such as acid rain causing painting corrosion or body rusty, extreme temperature or high humidity, etc. 5.9 Expense caused other than service and parts replacement including but not limited to operation loss, compensation, accommodation, towing, vehicle renting, passenger transferring, parking, Page 9 of 42

Appendix management, insurance, penalty, interest or salary loss, etc. 5.10 Expense of labor and materials caused by regular inspection, adjustment and maintenance regulated in this Warranty Booklet. 5.11 When the vehicles are used on special conditions such as racing, performance, being stolen or compulsory requisition. 6. Warranty process 6.1 The customer shall contact the Higer authorized service station or its agent timely when malfunction and defects occur to the vehicle in the warranty period. 6.2 The customers shall present this Warranty Booklet and relative documents to apply for warranty. 6.3 The service stations shall approve and implement the warranty only when having inspected the malfunctions of the vehicles and confirmed the conformity to the warranty terms. 6.4 After repair, the customers shall check and confirm the repair record and the vehicles being repaired. 7. Supplementary 7.1 In case that this warranty is not in conformity toany local regulations, the local service Page 10 of 42

Appendix stations or agents shall provide Higer Bus with the written local regulations and Higer shall reevaluate the conformity to the warranty terms for the areas. 7.2 Higer Bus reserves the right to amend, complement, cancel and explain the warranty terms. 7.3 In case of misunderstanding or dispute of the terms, the English version shall prevail. 7.4 These terms, as a pact between Higer Bus and its customers, shall be effective from the date of signing sales contract. Periodical Maintenance Regulation Appendix 1. Purpose Standardize the maintenance regulations, help customers keep the vehicle in good technical condition, reduce the malfunctions and ensure safe and prolonged use of the vehicles. 2. Maintenance classification and period Classification Period Remark A: Running-in maintenance B: Routine maintenance C: Elementary maintenance The vehicle has run for 3000km for the first time or six months after the date of delivery (date on the nameplate), which ever comes first. Before, during and after driving each time. Every 5000-6000 km. For the vehicles not used often, the longest interval should not be more than two month. D: Complete maintenance Every 10000-12000 km. For the vehicles not used often, the longest interval should not be more than four month. Page 12 of 42

Appendix 3 Maintenance 3.1 A: running-in maintenance Running-in maintenance shall be performed by the Higer authorized service stations, which includes overall inspection and essential adjustment and maintenance like cleaning, lubrication and tightening so that the vehicle can keep a good condition. 3.2 B: routine maintenance Routine maintenance shall be performed by the users. Clean the surface of the vehicle and engine. Check or fill the oil, grease, fuel, coolant, brake fluid, A/C refrigerant and tyre air pressure. Check the systems of safety such as brake, steering, transmission, suspension, lamps and signals. 3.3 C: elementary maintenance Besides the items of the routine maintenance, apply the cleaning, lubrication and tightenting and check the safety parts such as brake and operation system. 3.4 D: complete maintenance Complete maintenance shall be performed by Higer authorized service stations. Check and adjust the safety parts such as steering knuckles, steering rocker arms, brake shoes and suspension systems, which shall be worn after a period of operation. Check and perform transposition of tyres. Check the engine and exhaust pollution controlling device. Page 13 of 42
