Safety Instructions Who Should Operate the Autobond Precautions Do not attempt to operate or perform any maintenance on this equipment until you have followed all safety precautions. If you have any question, contact your supervisor before doing any operation, work, or maintenance on this equipment. Only authorized and trained personnel should operate the machine.

Machine Safety System Safety - Devices Lit when ON NOTE: In a sealer EMERGENCY turning the ON/OFF Control to OFF will cause the seal plate to immediately return to the UP position. NOTE: Disengaging the air supply will cause the seal plate to drift down to the seal the position.

Autobond Controls Autobond Control Panel Machine ON / OFF Control Punch Card Setting-8 Seconds Unit Dose Card Setting-3 Seconds Temperature Controller NOTE: In a sealer EMERGENCY turning the ON/OFF Control to OFF will cause the seal plate to immediately return to the UP position. Temperature Control Heating Indicator Light Set Temperature Current Temperature Temperature Up Level Key Mode Key Temperature Down NOTE: The Level Key and the Mode Key are factory set. DO NOT RESET. Deviating the temperature more than 20 + will result in an alarm status AL in the temperature display. Readjust setting within the correct parameters.

Operating the Autobond Operating Parameters Left Side Right Side Dual Seal Buttons Caution! Any modification to the seal buttons could cause a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in minor to serious injury. Caution! Due to the temperature and pinch hazard of the seal area keep clear all hands or fingers.
Sealing Card(s) Warning: The paddle should be slid completely into the sealer. Failure to fully insert the paddle could cause the seal plate to jam at an uneven position resulting in damage to the sealer.
