SAVE THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. REMOTE CONTROL IMPORTANT Read this manual before you start to use this trolley. Do not operate around cars or buildings with remote control. Do not operate in indoor with remote control. Do not direct trolley towards to other peoples or carts with remote control. Always keep watch while operating remote control. Use manual mode in car parks, down steep hills, confined space or where there are lots of peoples. It is recommend to use remote control within 50 meters, this trolley is designed to operate within range of 50 meters, depending on atmospheric and interference conditions, also hills and tree can be effect the operating range. Do not operate remote control while trolley is unattended. The remote distance may be reduced by possible effected of Interference on your remote golf trolley. Interference can be included electromagnetic, high voltage power lines, cellular phones or CB radios, or certain obstructions such as mounds, clusters of trees, will possible reduce the distance of transmission. Take extra care when operating up and down slopes with remote control. The batteries contained in the remote transmitter need be replaced when the led light flashes. Do not use rechargeable batteries as these do not give sufficient voltage for this transmitter. - 1 - - 2 -

ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE : It is very important that you notice and understand this information regarding the possible effects of Electromagnetic Interference on your remote golf trolley. Electric remote golf trolley may be susceptible to electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is interfering electromagnetic energy (EM) emitted from sources such as radio stations, TV stations, amateur radio (HAM) transmitters, two-way radios, and cellular phones. The interference (from radio wave sources) can cause the remote golf trolley, reduced its remote distance, move by itself, or move in unintended directions. It is recommended to do following when your trolley is unattended: Always switch the power off and keep potentiometer on 0 (zero) position (on handle grip) before leaving your trolley or while unattended. You can also Disconnect battery connector before leaving your trolley. RELEASE AND ASSEMBLE THE WHEELS To assemble the wheels: Insert the wheel on the axle in the direction of the arrow. Open the locking system B, then insert onto the axle, put slot C onto the pin A. Release locking system B and make sure the wheels have been locked. On the inside of the wheel, there is a color mark, the red dot for the right side and blue dot on the left side. Free wheeling: In case of power failure, for easier to push your trolley, the wheels can be disengaged from motor by putting the locking system on outside of axle groove. To release the wheels: Open the locking system B, then pull out the wheel. This trolley complies with current telecommunications regulations for conforms to CE and FCC, but we strong recommend you read this manual completely before you start to use your trolley. - 3 - Inflate the air tire model to a maximum of 1.2 bar (18 PSI) for air tire. - 4 -

ASSEMBLE UPPER BAG HOLDER & SCORE CARD HOLDER Before you start to use your trolley, please assemble the upper bag holder and score card holder as illustrated. OPEN THE TROLLEY Pull the handle upward in the direction of the arrow, until you hear the click of it locking into position of main frame mechanism. Pull the handle upward and press the upper bag holder downward (in the direction of the arrow), to let the upper bag holder lock into position E. - 5 - - 6 -

To extend 4 th wheel Pull the knob G with one hand and pull the 4 th (back) wheel backward with your other hand until you hear it click of locking into position. BATTERY FOR REMOTE TRANSMITTER Assemble the batteries (2 AAA) onto your remote transmitter. Press Brake button first to let transmitter and receiver communicate. Install the battery and fasten it securely. Load golf bag on bag holder and fasten straps correctly. Plug in the battery connector. The batteries contained in the remote transmitter need be replaced when the led light flashes. Do not use rechargeable batteries as these do not give sufficient voltage for this transmitter. - 7 - - 8 -

TRANSMITTER INFORMATION PRECAUTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU TAKE EXTRA CARE TO PRACTICE IN AN OPEN SPACE AWAY FROM OBSTRUCTIONS. For stop the trolley, also, press every time after battery connection to switch on the remote control function, press again for switch off. Press brake to switch from manual operation to remote mode. Trim alignment for moving straight. (Need to press with Right / Left button at same time) Refer to page 14 Press once to function as brake button to stop the trolley. Press twice for Button (key) lock, refer to P.16 For frequency channel change, refer to P. 13 (Need to press with plus / minus button at same time.) Can function as brake button for stop the trolley on individual Press once to function as brake button to stop the trolley. Press twice, when trolley is stopped, for frequency scan. Plus button, to go forward and accelerate. Keep pressing this button will take the trolley to maximum speed. When you release the button, the trolley will continue at that speed. Minus button, to go deceleration and reverse speed. The reverse speed have preset for up to about 60% of the maximum speed. Right turn button, for turning right. A prolonged press will result in a tighter turn, you may have to practice this for perfect it. Left turn button, for turning left. Same as right arrow, you may need to practice both directions. To switch from manual to remote mode: press the brake button on remote transmitter and continue with remote operation. To switch from remote to manual mode: switch the on/off switch on handle grip to off and back to on again, then operate the trolley from potentiometer. - 11 - Start slowly and take extra care to practice for operation, never use higher speed at beginning when start using this remote control operation. Do not overload the base pockets of your golf bag, the more weight on the trolley will result in less maneuverability and will use more power from the battery. Always switch power off (press brake button on remote transmitter) and keep potentiometer on 0 (zero) position (on handle grip) before leaving your trolley or while unattended. Never use this trolley for carry anything other than a golf bag and clubs. It is recommend to use manual mode and take extra care to operate for narrow paths on up and down slope, and it is best to hold the handle grip. Always walk with your trolley, maintaining a reasonable distance of within 50 meters between you and trolley at all time. Do not store your trolley outside without adequate protection. Keep shipping carton in dry place after unpacking your unit in case it should need to be shipped for service. NOTE: Please be aware that should the trolley hit any obstruction, you will need to help it out manually. Continuing to attempt the power output when the trolley is stuck will result in damage. Avoid power spray water washing on trolley as this could cause damage to the wire connectors and electronic system. Completely dry off the trolley, if necessary, use a dry cloth to clean your trolley. - 12 -

FREQUENCY CHANNEL CHANGE When the trolley isn t moving smoothly by operating remote control, the frequency may be experiencing interference condition, this may be caused by the use of a similar frequency nearby. If this happens, use the following steps to adjust the frequency channel. Only change frequency channel when trolley is stopped. With one thumb to press Code button (keep press and hold) and use another thumb or finger to press plus or minus button (minimum press twice) for select another frequency channel. (The reverse led light will flash during this operation) The new channel from this frequency change will show on led speed indicator. There are total 16 channels be available for FCC (U.S) and 6 for CE (Europe). Press the brake button, your frequency channel change has been completed. If you still find the remote trolley isn t working smoothly, taking another step of setting a frequency scan, or try changing another frequency channel again. FREQUENCY SCAN If you press the button from remote transmitter by mistake or the trolley doesn t to operate smoothly after frequency changed, try the following process to make frequency scan. Only set frequency scan when trolley is stopped, the On /Off switch must on OFF with potentiometer on 0 zero position. Press the Code button twice within one second. (You will see the battery indicator led lights on transmitter flash intermittently). Switch the On/Off switch to ON and back to OFF position (one cycle) within one second and continue 3 cycles within 3 seconds. The yellow or green led light on handle grip will flash and change to green rapid flashing when a frequency is paired. The Green, Yellow, and Red lights from battery indicator of transmitter will flash intermittently when scanning and duration for 60 seconds. - 13 - Press Code button after frequency paired. Press the Brake button to continue. NOTE: In case your trolley stops while using the remote control or it doesn t respond well to commands from transmitter or remote signal not well, then go straight to set frequency scan. TRIM ALIGNMENT FOR MOVING STRAIGHT Your trolley has been factory set to go for a straight line. However, minor adjustments can be made by using the following process. This must be operated only when your trolley is stopped. (Press Brake button) Press Align. Button with one thumb (keep press and hold button) and use another thumb or finger to press Left or Right button to adjust motor deviation, do not keep on press of Left or Right button, you will need to press and release the button multiple times (not hold it down). If your trolley is going to the left, press the Right button to adjust the motor deviation. Press the Brake button to continue. You may need to repeat these steps if your trolley still not going straight. PAIRING FOR NEW REMOTE TRANSMITTER When a new remote transmitter needs to be replaced, follow these steps to pair it with the receiver. Have ON/OFF switch (on handle grip) on OFF, potentiometer on 0 zero position and then connect the battery. (If the battery is connected, disconnect first) Turn ON/OFF switch to ON and back to OFF position (one cycle), continue 3 cycles (total) within one minute from battery connection. (Green led light on the handle grip shows flashes faster.) Press Code button twice within one second (You will see the battery indicator led lights on transmitter flash intermittently). Then the green light (on handle grip) will flash rapidly after frequency paired. Press the Brake button to continue. The new transmitter is now be paired successfully. - 14 -

AUTO. SWITCH OFF/ ELECTRONIC SYSTEM The trolley will be stopped when no any buttons are pressed on the remote transmitter for duration of 2 minutes. When the trolley has not been used by remote transmitter for over 8 minutes, the controller of your trolley will automatically switch off, if this happen, press Brake to continue. The electronic system of this trolley is protected by a digital current cut-off system. In case your trolley stops, you must turn the main ON/OFF switch (on handle grip) to the OFF position, then switch to ON position to continue. When trolley stops by digital cut-off system, the green and red led light (on handle grip) will flash intermittently. IMPORTANT NOTICE BUTTON (KEY) LOCK To prevent accidentally pressing a button on transmitter and starting the trolley moving, you can activate the button lock (key lock) on the remote transmitter. To use button lock, press Align twice within one second. The red led light of main battery indicator will flash if any buttons are pressed while the remote transmitter is locked. To unlock, press Brake twice within one second. GUIDE TO USE REMOTE TRANSMITTER Your remote transmitter is designed to operate while you stand behind the trolley. If you are standing in front of the trolley, you can flip the remote transmitter 180 to aid in understanding your trolley moving direction. When operating from the handle grip, before you switch to ON position, the potentiometer button must be turned back to 0 (zero) position. Always switch power off (press brake button on remote transmitter) and keep potentiometer on 0 (zero) position (on handle grip) before leaving your trolley or while unattended. - 15 - The trolley will stop when moving over the remote range and may not operate smoothly by remote control. - 16 -

FOLDING THE TROLLEY Undo the bag strap and unload golf bag. Pull the knob G with one hand and push the 4 th (back) wheel forward with your other hand until you hear it click of locking into position. Hold the handle up with one hand and have your other hand to pull the upper bag holder upwards. Unplug the connector from battery, undo the strap and remove the battery. Push down the locking lever T and push the upper frame downward to fold the trolley. - 17 - - 18 -

When you get your brand new battery, put it on charge for at Least 24 hours. Leave your battery recharging for at least 12 hours after every round of golf. Do not leave your battery on the trolley for recharging. (Remove battery from the trolley for BATTERY AND CHARGING Pull away recharging) The negative and positive pole of the battery must be in the upright position for recharging. Do not connect the battery charger to the trolley. Never use the battery for any other purpose other than to power this trolley. Study charger instruction (on back side of charger) before charging your battery. Do not forget to recharge your battery. The battery must be installed last and taken out first. - 19 - IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please DO NOT leave your battery near parts which might touch the positive and negative pole of the battery, if this happens it might damage and cause the battery to explode. DO NOT dispose of battery in fire. Improper storage and disposal of the battery could result in explosion causing injury and or property damage. - 20

BATTERY CHARGER BATTERY CARE & MAINTENANCE Before charging, read the instructions. (on back side of charger) For indoor use only, do not expose to rain. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Disconnect the supply before making or breaking the connections to the battery. Batteries contain explosive gases. Prevent flames and sparks. Provide adequate ventilation during charging. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. This charger is not for recharging non-rechargeable batteries. During charging, the battery must be placed in a well ventilated area. The battery charger must only be plugged into an earthed socket-outlet. Do not use for charge any other batteries not specified by the manufacturer. - 21 - Following are important issue to prolong the life span of the battery: Before the first use of your battery, put it on charge for 24 hours even if the battery is already fully charged. Do not place the battery on a concrete floor for charging, have the battery raised off the floor on wooden blocks or place the battery on a shelf. To fully charge the battery, choose a place where ambient temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius (+10ºC). Always recharge your battery as soon as possible after use. Always keep your battery on charge between games, if you play golf regularly every week. Never play 18 holes without fully recharging. You will discharge the battery below its designated voltage and damage it. Do not drop the battery. Avoid storing the battery in the trunk of your car as it might roll around and be damaged. STORAGE: (This also applies for new batteries kept in stock) If you know that you will not be playing for next 3 weeks or so. REMOVE BATTERY FROM THE CHARGER AND STORE IN A PLACE WHERE THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 10 DEGREES AND LOWER THAN 30 DEGREES CELSIUS. Recharge it before your next round or every 3 months (No more than 3 months) if it is not used in that period. Disconnect charger from power supply. WARRANTY PERIOD: For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, AGOGOS GOLF shall replace all defective parts and pay shipping both ways for the parts. After 90 days, but within 1 year from the date of purchase, user shall ship the defective parts to an AGOGOS GOLF Service Warehouse designated by AGOGOS GOLF anywhere within Continental U.S.A. freight prepaid. Repaired or exchanged parts will be sent to user free and freight prepaid.
