If you are not getting the life expectancy out of your existing trim parts, we have the ability to add overlays to suit your specifi c process. Pre-Shutdown Work Scope: Make an excel spreadsheet listing customer s tag numbers / serial numbers / Dyna-Flo job numbers / brief description of each valve and a note fi eld for any additional feedback from the customer or our service technicians. Write up individual repair jobs for each tag number. Pre-order all soft parts for the body / actuator / instrumentation two months prior to the shut down arriving. In-house Shutdown Work Scope: Tag valve with job number. Take digital pictures of each valve / actuator assembly before teardown and after re-assembly making sure pictures match before shipping. Stamp valve & actuator with punch marks for re-assembly using a series of unique numbers and letters (& noted on paperwork). Completely disassemble valve / actuator & instrumentation & document as received condition. Clean all parts using sandblasting and or solvent. Replace all soft parts. Machine internal & external gasket surfaces as required. Machine plug seat & polish stem. Machine seat on seat ring & polish. Polish cage. Polish packing bore. Polish actuator stems & seal bushing. Re-assemble. Re-attach tubing / fi ttings & calibrate instrumentation. Seat leak test to ensure each valve meets shutoff specifi cations. Packing & gasket test. Paint. Attach SST Dyna-Flo repair tag for future reference. Palletize & protect fl ange faces. Supply a comprehensive repair report for each individual valve. 6 www.dynaflo.com
Who is Dyna-Flo? Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services has over 100 years of combined *Fisher factory trained experience, specializing in, but not limited to, repairing current and obsolete *Fisher control valves. At Dyna-Flo, we can also repair your Valtek and Masoneilan control valves. Dyna-Flo s 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located on the south side of Edmonton, Alberta between the Sherwood Park Freeway and the Whitemud Freeway. Our manufacturing facility is comprised of a large manual machining department alongside an extensive CNC department. Dyna-Flo s welding department is capable of performing B pressure and ABSA approved welding. Due to the Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials in oil and gas production, Dyna-Flo has become a NORM s approved facility. Dyna-Flo also stocks a large inventory of control valve parts and assemblies. Once a repair is complete, a Repair Report is generated and sent back to the customer with the repaired control valve. The Repair Report details all the valve and actuator specifi cations, and includes a detailed breakdown of the machining, seat leak / hydrotesting and quality control that was involved in the repair process. Feedback from our customers has informed us that our Repair Report is second to none, and a sample copy of our Repair Report is available upon request.
