AUTO TECH TOOL LIST The following is a list of recommended hand tools for use in the Automotive Technology Lab. The list is broken into tools for each grade level so that you may purchase them over the threeyear span. However, many times complete sets are on sale and it may be to your advantage to purchase all of the tools at once. The choice of the brand of tools purchased is up to the student, but it is always best to purchase the best quality that you can afford. Students are to acquire all of the tools listed in their level by the first week in November of each school year. These tools are a requirement for the student to work in the shop and no student will be able to participate in Co-op without all of the tools listed for all three levels. The tools listed below are a guideline of those needed in a shop. If you are purchasing sets, you may not find the exact tool listed - please understand that substitutions are acceptable. If you have any questions on the tools listed here, feel free to contact Mr. Michalak at 464-8612 or Mr. Steever at 464-8611 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
