INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH: 1. Lower exhaust by detaching (5) exhaust hangers. () hangers are located on the muffler and (1) hanger is located forward of the muffler. Parts List ITEM QTY PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION 1 1135-FT FASCIA TAB 1_ - 0 x 3_ CARRIAGE CARRIAGE BOLT 3 1_ - 0 NYLOCK HEX NUT 7/16-1 x 1 1/ CARRIAGE BOLT 5 7/16-1 HEX FLANGE NUT 6 CM-SP.50 x.88 x.5" SQUARE HOLE SPACER 7 7_16 FISHWIRE 7/16" FISHWIRE 6 PASSENGER SIDE ENLARGE HOLE DRIVER SIDE 5 SUPPORT TAB 7 EURO MOUNT OPTION AVAILABLE # 5571 ( 1 7/8" BALL) # 557 (" BALL) 1. Using a 10mm socket, remove plastic fascia tab supports attaching fascia tab to bottom of frame rails on driver and passenger corners of vehicle. Return both supports and () support screws to vehicle owner. Retain the remaining () support screws for reinstallation. 3 DESIGNED FOR USE WITH BALL MOUNT # 551 SUPPORT SCREW

INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH: 3. Enlarge rear mounting hole on the driver and passenger side of vehicle to allow CM-SP spacers and 7/16" carriage bolts to enter into the frame rails. 5. Raise hitch into position and secure with 7/16" hex flange nuts. Ø 1.00". Fishwire CM-SP spacers and 7/16" carriage bolts through enlarged holes and out forward mounting holes. Reverse fishwire CM-SP spacers and 7/16" carriage bolts into enlarged holes. 6. Attach 1135-FT brackets to hitch side plates using 1/" carriage bolts and 1/" nylock nuts, as shown. Attach driver and passenger side vehicle fascia tabs to 1135-FT brackets using the existing M6 fascia support screws.

INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH: 7. Torque 7/16" hardware to 60 lb-ft, 1/" hardware to 1 in-lb and M6 hardware to 7 lb-ft 8. Raise exhaust back into position and reattach all exhaust hangers.
