The new Korando features trendy new styling inside and out: an exciting compact SUV with a fresh, modern look that you ll want to be seen in around town. 01 02 03 04 A styling makeover that stresses dynamism and refinement. The mesh radiator grille is slimmer and wider, and is complemented by the mesh air intake grille. The LED daytime running lights, positioning lamps and projection headlamps add elegance, while the black finish on the lower part of the bumper completes the assertive, modern look. 05 06 07 08 Side repeaters have been mounted on the outside mirrors, and a puddle lamp is attached to the bottom of each outside mirror to assist with vehicular entry and egress in the dark. The dynamic image is accentuated in the rear with the continuation of the side character line to the wide tailgate, which opens and closes effortlessly thanks to the dual gas-filled tailgate struts. The sporty rear spoiler features a high-mounted, high-visibility LED stop lamp that will help to prevent rear-end collisions. The trip computer keeps track of travel distance 01 02 03 and fuel consumption, and the 2-din audio system supports MP3, CDs, Bluetooth handsfree and ipod / iphone connectivity. Crystal clear balanced sound is provided through a sixspeaker system as standard. 04 05 Blue-tooth hands free, thumb tip controls on the steering wheel and Eco-cruise control are all provided, along with a folding key as standard. Versatility is the name of the game. The New Korando s perky 2-litre petrol engine will take you wherever you need to go, whilst the imaginative interior layout provides the flexibility to support everyday transportation needs as well as weekend leisure trips. The second row seats are split 60:40 and can be partially or fully folded flat depending on the load to be carried. The cargo bay is large for this SUV segment. The optimised interior layout provides the most possible legroom as well as wide and comfortable seating in the rear. With a normal seating configuration there is 486 litres of luggage space in the boot. 5
Improved safety features. The Korando comes with dual airbags for front row passengers. A new rear park assist feature will facilitate safe and convenient parking. The immobiliser will prevent the engine from running when the key is not present to avoid any mishaps.
