Torque M bolts to 90 ft-lbs Torque /" hex nuts to 0 ft-lbs. Raise spare tire into location if lowered. Then fishwire () / bolts and spacers into each bumper frame rail. Raise hitch into location, careful not to push bolts back into frame and secure with the factory M bolts and the () /" hex nut.. Drill out the /6 hole using 9/6" drill bit in each rear bumper rail. Then fishwire () remaining / bolts and spacers into each bumper frame rail. Torque M bolts to 90 ft-lbs Torque /" hex nuts to 0 ft-lbs. Raise spare tire into original location if lowered for install. PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
