Auctioneers forward Bletsoes have been favoured with instructions to conduct this farm dispersal sale on behalf of Messrs Herbert, who are relinquishing the farm tenancy. All lots come highly recommended and are sold to the highest bidder without reserve, the farm machinery has been regularly serviced, looked after and in the winter months are kept undercover. A very genuine sale well worth inspection. Location and Directions to the Sale Northolm Farm is situated off the main A47 road, north of Peterborough from the Leicester/Peterborough to King s Lynn/Wisbech road, turn off the main A47 signposted Eye Green at the roundabout, near the MacDonald s Esso Garage Roundabout, the farm is then situated on the right, having left the village. TO THE SALE Sale signs will be posted on the day of sale and there will be adequate onsite parking. Refreshments Light refreshments will be available. Viewing Tuesday 13 th September from 9am -5pm or the morning of the sale from 9am or by appointment with the Auctioneer prior to these dates. VAT VAT will be payable on all lots in addition to the hammer price at the current standard rate payable of 20%, unless otherwise stated at the time of auction. Removal of Lots All lots must be cleared within 1 week of the sale date due to them leaving the farm or prior arrangement must be made with the Auctioneers. Registration of Bidders The Auctioneers request all willing purchasers to obtain a buyers number from the sale office prior to the commencement of the sale. Failure to obtain a buyer s bid number may result in the Auctioneer refusing to accept your bid. CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. The highest bidder to be the purchaser (but the Auctioneers reserve the right of refusing any bid) and if any dispute arises at the last bid, the Auctioneers may name the purchaser or put the Lot up for sale again at the Auctioneers discretion. All prospective purchasers are to make themselves known to the Auctioneers prior to the time of sale, give their full name, trading name, address and contact details. 3. All prospective purchasers not known to the Auctioneers and who wish to pay by cheque must contact the Auctioneers prior to the sale day to make arrangements and provide two references and a banker s reference. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, bankers draft or a bank card.
