If using this light fixture in a WET location, this light fixture must be connected to a supply circuit that is protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) to reduce the risk of personal injury, electrical shock or death. WRNING This fixture has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. NEVER use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. SFETY INFORMTION CUTION DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH DIMMING CIRCUIT. If you presently have dimmer controls, you will need to remove them and replace them with regular electrical switches. If you have a three-way dimmer, you will have to replace it with a regular three-way switch. If you are unfamiliar with electrical installations, it is recommended you have a qualified electrician install your fixture. s a safety precaution, unplug power cord when not in use. Total wattage for this fixture is 38.4 watts; do not attempt to replace the LEDs. Do not overload. Connect end-to-end a maximum of six (6) rope lights. This fixture should be used for decorative purposes only. To replace power cord, contact customer service or manufacturer. Replace fuse only with 3-amp, 125-volt fuse. PREPRTION efore beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Helpful Tools (not included): Stepladder SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Uncoil the rope light (). 1 4

SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 2. Plug the male end of rope light () into female end on power cord (). Slide plastic ring on power cord () over threads at male end of rope light (). Securely tighten plastic ring. 2 Plastic Ring 3a. Determine the approximate location for the rope light (). Plug power cord () into wall outlet. REPLCING THE FUSE WRNING Disconnect the power before replacing the fuse. Remove plug from receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on power cord. Do not remove or replace plug. The plug on the rope light contains a safety device (fuse access cover). Discard product if the plug is damaged. 1a. Open fuse cover on plug by sliding cover toward blades. (It may be necessary to use a small flathead screwdriver to open cover.) 1b. One spare fuse is located in the plug. Turn plug over to remove spare fuse. 1a 1b Plug Cover Spare Fuse 2. Remove old fuse carefully. Gently pry the metal end nearest the blade with a very small flathead screwdriver to loosen, then turn plug over to remove. Discard old fuse. 2 Plug Old Fuse 6

REPLCING THE FUSE 3. Replace old fuse with spare fuse and close fuse access cover firmly and completely. 3 NOTE: Replace fuse only with a 3-mp, 125-Volt fuse. WRRNTY The distributor warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. The distributor will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price to the consumer. ll costs of installation and removal of the fixture is the responsibility of the consumer.
