EXHIBITORS & VENDORS 2018 GENERAL INFORMATION AND EVENT RULES Payment / Deposits Full payment is required with the application to reserve a specific space. Locations are not allocated until full payment is received. MINIMUM DEPOSIT to reserve space is $200.00 which is NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is due 30 DAYS BEFORE the event. Move-In / Exhibit Installation All Displays on Lincoln Memorial Dr. Must be Delivered and Installed by 9:00PM Friday July 20 th. NO VEHICLES may Double Park at any time on Lincoln Memorial Dr. Electrical / Sound Electrical service is available throughout the venue. Service options and charges are outlined in the Electrical Form. Tenants are specifically FORBIDDEN to plug any electrical fixture into any box that has not been specifically assigned to their booth. Each tenant is responsible for any electrical problems occurring in their booth. Generators & Amplified Sound are NOT PERMITTED without prior approval. Parking / Overnight Parking / Loading Parking is furnished as outlined in the Price List. Vehicles may NOT be parked at the tenant s exhibit location without advance approval from the Air Show. There is no overnight parking allowed. A Supply Vehicle pass allows loading in the East Handicap Lane, for up to 60 Minutes each morning. All vehicles must be Removed by 9:30AM Vehicles parked longer or double parked in the handicap lane will be Ticketed and/or Towed. Security / Clean-Up All participants are responsible for proper insurance and protection of merchandise. The event provides general security 24 hours a day but cannot be responsible for the tenant s merchandise. The festival grounds are cleaned every night. Areas around vendor will be cleaned. Cleaning crews WILL NOT go inside booths. Any exceptional garbage such as cardboard boxes and other packaging should be deposited in the dumpsters by the tenant. Upon closing on Sunday night, the tenant is responsible to remove ALL garbage in and around their booth. Animals are prohibited. Tents and Display Layout All tenants are given a specific location. It is space and it is defined by marks on the ground or a tent that is set up in the appropriate location. Tents may not be moved. Displays MAY NOT extend outside the tenant s tent or space. Vendor s location must be OPEN and STAFFED during all event hours. Vendor may not Move-Out early. Violators will be REMOVED without Refund.
