Introduction My Energica is the application that allows you to connect through Bluetooth our Energica bikes to either Apple or Android devices. System requirements Bluetooth LE Android devices starting from ver. 5.0 Apple devices starting from ver. ios9 How to pair your device Motorcycle side Insert the key into the key switch, disengage the steering lock, then turn the key to ON position. Keep holding the MAIN MENU page. on your left handle switch, will allow you to access MODE switch commands ENTER = press and hold ENTER = press briefly RIGHT = press and hold RIGHT = press briefly LEFT = press and hold LEFT = press briefly

While on Connectivity Setting option. While on DEVICE ADDRESS option. while on RESET option This operation allows a new device to be connected to the Motorcycle.

Smartphone side Activate your Bluetooth from the setting menu of your device. At this point My Energica application can be lunched. Once the application is open go to the SETTINGS menu and select RESET. The smartphone and the vehicle will be connected automatically.

As soon the motorcycle will be connected to your smartphone, the most relevant data will be shown. Demo Mode The DEMO mode is designed to show My Energica s application functions even without a Bluetooth connection. The DEMO mode will activate only if the motorcycle and the smartphone are not Bluetooth connected and only after the RESET function has been selected from the SETTINGS menu.

The Dashboard menu is composed from 3 main pages: FIRST PAGE 1 2 4 5 1. Connection Status (Connected or not Connected); 2. Vehicle Status/Demo mode; 3. Bluetooth strenght signal; 4. Range; 5. State of Charge; 6. Average Consumption; 7. Real time Battery Current; 6 7 3 DRIVING MODE (SECOND PAGE) Speed; RPM (revolution per minute); Torque; Power; Odometer; Trip (partial odometer); By holding the RESET switch, is possible to reset the Partial Odometer (TRIP).

CHARGING MODE (THIRD PAGE) Into the Charging Mode page is possible to see the SOC (battery state of charge) and Charge Power. Thank to the SET virtual switch is furthermore possible to set the charging power from 0% to 100% in a range between 0 to 3 KW. Into this same page is also possible to stop the charging process throughout the Shutdown virtual switch. This page will be active only once the motorcycle is in charging Mode. MAPS Allows to see the charging station dislocated on the maps. Is possible to see every charging station s details by selecting the desired charging station on the map. The use of localization service involves sending and receiving data from your phone through a mobile operator. Additional charges may apply if you use the Internet with your phone, especially if you are outside the coverage area of your data plan. For more information, contact your mobile operator.

Once into the charging point details page, is possible to activate on your smartphone the navigation system of Google Maps by selecting the address. Energica Motor Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by third parties. DIAGNOSTIC Thanks to this option is possible to see any active errors code present on the motorcycle in real time. If any error is active, contact Energica Service.

SETTINGS Thank to this function is possible to select the motorcycle model (Ego or Eva). Is furthermore possible to filter the different charging points CCS Type2 (Europe) or CCS Type1 (United States), AC or DC FAST, In order to have the filtered charging station visible on the Maps page and on the dashboard (POI - point of interest). Is furthermore possible to reset the Bluetooth connection. This will allow to either enter the DEMO mode when no connection is active or to get connected to a different Energica's motorcycle. Note: Units is only visible while in DEMO mode. The Units option allows to set either Metric or Imperial units. HORN Thank to this option is possible to honk the horn.

FIND MY ENERGICA Thank to this feature, is possible to locate your motorcycle on the map. If the blutooth connection is not active, the last valid location will be shown on the map. POINTS OF INTEREST SCREEN AND CHARGING STATIONS SHOWED ON DASHBOARD The screen pops up automatically when recharging stations are located in the vicinity. When this occurs, the symbol is displayed at the top of the dashboard. For the screen to pop up automatically, the GPS function must be active (icon displayed) and the My Energica app must be running on your smartphone and connected to the motorcycle via Bluetooth (icon displayed). The My Energica app may be downloaded from the Apple Store for Apple devices or from Google Play Store for Android devices. GPS signal reception usually takes just a few seconds to establish. However, large buildings or other large objects in the vicinity may interfere with signal reception.

The following information is given for each charging station located: Charging system available (AC or DC) Distance to charging station (in Km or miles) Direction to charging station relative to motorcycle Green LED: Charging station in range Yellow LED: Charging station at limit of range Red LED: Charging station too far to be reached Once the Charging Station screen is active, press: to navigate within the screen and press or to scroll through the stations displayed When scrolling through charging stations, the main information for the currently highlighted station is shown in larger format. nc1sco WARNING! The distances from the motorcycle to charging stations are as the crow flies and do not representative the effective road distance. WARNING! While the app continuously recalculates the distance from the motorcycle to charging stations in consideration of the remaining range of the vehicle, we do not recommend depending entirely on the information given by the dashboard. Using the charging station locator screen when riding does not relieve the rider of the obligation to ride with due caution and attention.
