This dry cylinder method, rather than hydraulics, virtually eliminates leaks and enhances performance. Additially, they feature brushless motors for much greater lgevity and simple maintenance. Parts of ball-screw ball-screw microcomputer ctrol Foot switch (with LED) ome of the major advantages Hamaco lifts er include: Lower Cost Costs less to purchase and maintain than hydraulic models. o Leak Using a dry cylinder, there s no oil leakage and the work envirment stays clean. Lger Life With brushless motor design, it is not pre to typical wear and tear and will last significantly lger. Precisi Positiing The ball-screw design makes it possible to perfectly positi the lifts to your exact needs as well as to keep levels steady when loading or unloading the tables. o Hydraulic Lift stays steady and csistent even when leaving it fully loaded for lg periods of time. Quiet Hamaco motors are quiet during operati, eliminating additial workplace noise. Vector Ctrol Features Easy Maintenance Because of the simplified, clean design, such as lg-life brushless motors and leak-free operati, maintenance is minimal and easy. Built-In Power Unit Lifters use a built-in power unit enabling you to use them anywhere LED Alarm A LED alarm the foot switch alerts you to operatial troubles. High Quality Foot witch Made of durable, rigid plastic, the foot switch is two-ted (UP: black and DOW: red) to make it easy to use even in low light. witch is water-resistant. Csistent peed Ctrol By ctrolling the amount of current through the motor, we are able to accurately ctrol the rotati speed. (mini type) Ultra-Efficient Because of significant efficiency advantages over hydraulic, the lifters are able to use smaller output motors to handle large loads. While a cvential system (0-degree cducti system) has the current impressed in the motor as a square wave, a vector ctrol impresses voltage, which turns into a sine wave toward the rotor s positi (angle of the magnet), so it becomes possible to ctrol the motor current. Vector ctrol ers numerous advantages, including: Efficient operati using low torque pulsati. By being able to ctrol the motor current according to the angle of the magnet, you can achieve smoother accelerati and accurate stopping. It can instantly respd to speed changes during load fluctuatis. Compared with cvential systems, the degree of speed regularity greatly improves when lifting or lowering, regardless of the load. square wave sine wave 8 Web: www.bandcip.com Phe: 888-76-3386 Fax: 60-357-0889 Email: esales@bandcip.com Web: www.bandcip.com Phe: 888-76-3386 Fax: 60-357-0889 Email: esales@bandcip.com 9
The IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) Motor A cvential PM (urface Permanent Magnet) motor features a permanent magnet attached to the rotor surface. It ly uses magnetic torque from a magnet. On the other hand, the IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) motor, like Hamaco uses, features an imbedded permanent magnet in the rotor itself and uses reluctance through magnetic resistance in additi to magnetic torque. Example PM.IPM Motor Rotor tructure The IPM motor ers significant advantages: High torque and high efficiency By using reluctance torque in additi to magnetic torque, the motor can achieve high output. Energy-saving operati It csumes up to 30% less power compared to cvential PM motors. High-speed rotati It can respd to high-speed motor rotati by ctrolling the two types of torque using vector ctrol. afety ince the permanent magnet is embedded, mechanical safety is improved. Unlike in a PM, the magnet will not detach due to centrifugal force. Permanent Magnets ilic Copper Plate PM (urface Permanent Magnet) How the Brushless Motor Works IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) The Brushless Motor operates using a sensor and IC and without mechanical sliding parts such as brush and commutator. Because there is no fricti, it lasts much lger and doesn t give carb. We use a microcomputer to ctrol the lifter and it s possible to easily ctrol and change functiality simply through software. Ctrolling and Rotating the Motor The brushless motor, like typical motors, uses a magnet to make it rotate. However, the brushless motor also relies electrical current running through coils to move the rotor to the proper positi, also called repulsive force of attracti. The right figure represents the rotati principle of the brushless motor (4-pole 6-coil). U, V, and W represent the coil, Hu, HV, Hw indicates Hall element, and, is rotor magnetic pole. Also, (), () shows the magnetic pole. HYDRAULIC lift Tables course 3 4 5 6 Hall element Hu Hv Hw U coils V Brushless Mechanical Lifter Optis OPTIO. Two Push Butt Using the two push butt opti (rise and fall), the LED alarm display is lost, but the safeguard feature keeps working. W Only Hu (Hall element) is O.
