AUTOJET PRECISION SPRAY CONTROL (PSC) The AutoJet Precision Spray Control is designed for PulsaJet automatic nozzles and contains all components and connections required for reliable plug-and-spray. The PulsaJet automatic nozzle, in combination with the AutoJet Precision Spray Control can achieve very high cycling speeds. This allows adjustment of the flow rate based on changing operating conditions such as: belt speed pressure fluctuations moisture content product change recipes... and much more The AutoJet Precision Spray Control can be used as an autonomous spray system or can be integrated into an existing process control system. Page 4-6 HOW DOES IT WORK? Electrically-actuated spray nozzles are turned on and off very quickly to control flow rate. A duty cycle of 50% results in a corresponding flow rate of 50% of the rated flow for this nozzle at a given pressure.
