This plan will show the new route for the Portland-Vancouver Junction Railroad. Remove the existing Portland-Vancouver Junction Railroad leg from the Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue curve to the Burlington Northern-Santa Fee Railroad intersection. Use the savings for the new rail section from the Hazel Dell Avenue curve to connect with the Cascadia High-Speed Rail flyover. Use the HSR route for the 0.9 miles till the turnout just south of the 39 th Street. Install new single track for the PVJR to the existing BNSF yard tracks. Install new connector curved track to the Port rail line. This will allow the turnaround by the existing loop tracks. Direct connections for the PVJR railroad traffic to industries and class one RR s is now possible. HSR Vancouver WA to Camas Commuter Des, by R.N.
