Ensure tube/flap are free from damage or foreign matter. Check valve cores and ensure proper assembling and tightening. Never use a tube larger or smaller than the tyre size. Ensure that the rim size is correct for the tyre size being fitted. Check that loose flange and lock ring are compatible. Do not use welded, distorted, bent and cracked rims, flanges and lock rings. Ensure proper distribution of loads on the vehicle Load and Loading practices : Improper load distribution overloads the tyre(s). This condition combines with high speed, long hauls and load transfers result in tyres wearing fast and premature removal of tyres. Wrong Safety Warnings Follow the instructions given by tyre and wheel rim manufacturers. Tyre mounting / demounting should be carried out by specialised and trained personnel using recommended tools. The best performance of tyres can only be achieved when the tyre is inflated to the designated pressure based on the load per tyre. Under inflation or Over inflation of the tyre tend to impact tyre life, vehicle handling and safety. The best tyre performance and lower tyre CPKM are obtained by maintaining correct tyre inflation pressure.
