Our company is proud of its humble beginning as a single room repair shop offering pump and cylinder repairs to our local customers. Our commitment and dedication to quality and customer service has been the foundation of company growth, expanding our business in 2005 to our current 16,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility with repair capabilities to remanufacture almost any high pressure hydraulic component operating in any industry. Our in house machine shop and inventory of rod, honed tube and bronze allow us to manufacture the parts needed for your repair and combined with our extensive inventory of seals and spare parts we can mobilize in a matter of minutes. No job is too small and with our 20 ton overhead crane no job is too large. The crane grants us the capability to rebuild our customer s largest cylinders in industries such as steel, plastics, and mining. Pump Repair All pumps are disassembled, inspected and quoted based on the actual material and labor required Every pump is dynamically tested on our pump test stand. Units are checked for efficiency, volumetric output, control response, external leakage and case drain when applicable. Pump controls can be set to customer specification if provided by the customer All units are tagged and tracked to monitor longevity and record premature and repetitive cause of failures. These records allow us to evaluate the cause of your pump failures and determine what actions can be taken to improve reliability. We stock many OEM Parts for our pump lines as well as aftermarket parts depending on your repair preference. 24/7 Service In the event you have a machine down, our company offers 24/7 service both for troubleshooting in the field and repairing your faulty component at our facility. By calling our facility day or night, you will be transferred to a technician that is on-call to assist you. Page 5
Proportional Valve Repair Built in 2011, our proportional valve stand is the most advanced of our test stands Driven with two Axial Piston pumps, our stand is able to test most valves to full flow and pressure characteristics With an automated data acquisition system, we are able to drive the valve with an array of outputs to assure its linearity, hysteresis and reaction time by measuring both spool position (when available) and actual output flow. Each valve tested undergoes a two (2) hour endurance test to verify the operation of on-board electronics Our technology allows us to simulate actual machine operation by allowing us to custom generate command signals, develop a hydraulic load on the working ports of the valve, check for internal leakage across the spool and body, calibrate the valve and set up and check various control outputs from the valve. We stock a wide variety of valves and parts from many manufacturers to assure your valve is rebuilt quickly and to its original specifications. Page 6
Machining We hold ourselves accountable for the highest of quality standards with the lowest lead-times. It is for this reason we staff an equipped machine shop, capable of machining parts for all of our cylinder repairs. In addition, we are able to machine custom mill duty and welded cylinders from sample or print, as well as make cylinder accessories such as rod eyes, lugs and clevis. The largest of our four lathes is capable of a 30 swing and has a 15 foot bed. We also have several knee mills, a boring mill and a horizontal mill. Product Tracking To better serve you, we have systems in place to track our jobs after they leave our facility. Each job is stamped with our job/repair number. In addition, an electronic copy of the evaluation and other helpful documents are recorded and saved to help reduce component failure in the future. Page 7
