Specific Safety Rules Wear proper clothing: Protect yourself! Wear rubber gloves, rubber boots, etc. Wear eye and face protection, goggles or face-shield. Coil cleaning chemicals may cause injuries to the eyes and skin. Protect yourself from direct skin contact with the chemicals found in this environment. Remember that water splatter can send these chemicals toward you, so, again, protect yourself. Environment: Make sure that there is adequate ventilation into the work area. Do not operate in areas where flammable gases or liquids are present. Changing hoses and/or nozzles: ALWAYS turn water off when changing hoses or nozzles. Never hold onto nozzle or point it at anyone when water is turned on. Job Completion: Always disconnecting water supply. Rinse unit with water before storing. Maintenance: Keep unit clean and dry to maximize performance and longevity. Follow maintenance outlined in this manual, such as checking for weak spots, leaks, slices or cuts in hose, replace nozzles when worn. Additional maintenance details follow in this manual. Safety Checklist Do s Keep this manual with the unit at all times. Always run clean water through the unit after using the chemical injection system. Always relieve pressure in the spray gun and hose after use, and prior to transporting or storing. Always secure the unit while transporting to prevent it from damage. Always be extra careful when not on level, secure ground. Keep operational area clear of all persons. Use only SPEEDCLEAN recommended attachments. Don ts Don t use the Condenser Needle if it is not in a good operating condition, is not completely assembled, or is damaged. Always inspect the unit to ensure there are no leaks. Don t operate without eye protection. Don t assume chemical compatibility if a chemical other than SpeedyFoam is used you must ensure that the chemical will not damage the internal components. A full chemical compatibility check must be done first. CAUTION! IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT CHEMICAL COMPATABILITY CALL SPEEDCLEAN AT ONCE BEFORE PUTTING CHEMICAL THROUGH THE CONDENSER NEEDLE Don t point spray lance at people or animals as this unit discharges a high-pressure stream that may contain chemicals. Don t use the unit with combustible fluids. Don t use the unit in an environment or on objects that are above 175 F (79 C). Don t use unit with children in the immediate area.

Operating Instructions Assembly Connect wand to spray gun and insert siphon tube into chemical container. Pre-Operation Checklist Check for adequate water and chemical supply. Check nozzles and make sure orifices are not blocked or worn to excess. Check pressure hose for wear or kinks. Check all connections. Normal Usage 1. The Condenser Needle is equipped with a chemical injection system, variable at a ratio of approximately 0 (no chemical) through 16 to 1. It will inject chemical from a separate chemical container. 2. Insert Condenser Needle into coil and clean from the inside to outside blowing the debris in reverse direction from the operational flow. 3. The Condenser Needle can rotate while in use for universal spray direction. 4. Apply SpeedFoam then start rinsing from where chemical application started. 5. Control the chemical application by rolling the restricting wheel up or down to allow 16:1, water to chemical respectively, or turn it off completely (No Chemical). 6. Run clean water through the unit after using the chemical injection. 7. Always turn off water and relieve the pressure by pointing the spray gun lance in a safe direction and squeezing the spray gun trigger.

Storing 1. Before storing the unit, run clean water through for at least 10 seconds and drain water from hoses. Care Tips Be careful with hose against sharp edges. Sharp edges can scrape, slice and generally damage hose quickly. While hose is easily replaced, it pays to take care by buffering sharp edges with tape, cardboard, etc., to maximize its useful life.
