Returns All goggles and accessories purchased via, and for, the AQUAM Proshop Program, are subject to a 90-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with a particular model, simply send it back (with proof of purchase) for a credit. Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from Aquam Aquatic Specialist Inc. Contact our customer service department for your Return Authorization Number, which must be marked on the outside of the box. Any merchandise returned without the proper Return Authorization Number will be refused and the purchaser will be responsible for the freight both ways. Authorized returns are subject to inspection before credit issuance and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
