rental Our rental division provide electric power generators for all your temporary and standby power needs. In collaboration with each individual customer, we will study the request and implement a solution for the temporary power requirements, whether it is by the provision of a single generator operating in a standby application, or by multiple generators exporting power to a utility infrastructure. Our own extensive resources enables us to react immediately to customer s requirement for temporary power generation. All equipment are installed and commissioned by our own team of highly skilled, field based, service and commissioning technicians. Our portfolio of equipment and services offered by our rental division extends beyond the traditional range of services; as we are offering diesel generators ranging from 8 kw 2000 kw. 11
operation and maintenance Maintenance Our Maintenance team is committed to provide you with the highest quality of service and repair, with prompt response that includes 24/7 Support.We offer a variety of maintenance contracts that cater to each customer's needs. Not only do we offer diverse packages of service and maintenance contracts, but we also tailor to each customer s needs by developing on demand customized contracts. Genset Repair On-Call Services Our on-call service is supported 24 hours per day by a team of highly skilled service Technicians and Technical Managers with a comprehensive electrical and mechanical knowledge of power generation failures and repairs. Their experience and commitment enable us to provide a professional and efficient service to all customers regardless of whether we are supporting a single standby generator or a multiple set base load paralleling or synchro system. We offer variety of innovative and cost effective solutions from a normal service up to major overhauling including replacement of all the defected parts, repairing of pumps, cleaning of engine heads and radiators, and using genuine spare parts to ensure long term reliable operations. 12
product quality The skid is made from a durable galvanized metal sheets and beams. The engine/alternator assembly is installed on a skid rubber mounting. Generator sets are fitted with different types of control panels tailored according to the set s need. The control panel is certified by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory according to IEC 60355. The skid and control panel enclosure are painted, heat-treated and powder coated. All Generator Sets are tested prior to dispatch. 13
