NISSAN AMBASSADOR CLUB SALES MANAGER NP00 Navara Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar Incentive Nissan is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for 0 Sales Managers to join us at the exhilarating V8 Supercar Gold Coast 600 event. The lucky winners will experience 2 days of action packed racing along with a performance by legendary rock band Cold Chisel and a hair-raising demonstration from the stadium trucks shipped all the way from the USA. Stadium trucks have grown a massive following around the world, capturing the imagination of millions as an adrenaline pumping spectacle as these 600hp beasts fly through the air. The 0 winners will be measured against the all-new Nissan NP00 Navara sales and training metrics which are outlined below. HOW TO WIN Program Period: 1st July to 0th September 2015 inclusive Program Participants: Sales Manager Program Rewards: The top 0 Sales Managers will win an experience of a lifetime to be a guest of Nissan at the Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar event! Cat A dealers = 15 places Cat B dealers = 10 places Cat C dealers = 5 places Qualifying Criteria: You must meet the following criteria to be in the running to win: 1. Minimum 50 Days Stock cover for NP00 Navara at the close of each month in the program period. Make sure you have sufficient NP00 Navara stocks at the close of each month! 2. At least 80% of your total Retail Sales Consultants to complete the NP00 Navara Product Knowledge Online Training Module by 0th September 2015.

Rewards Criteria: 1. The top 0 Sales Managers with the highest final score will be awarded placement to the Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar event. 2. Ranking final score calculation is based on the total NP00 Navara retail points multiplied by your dealership NP00 Navara % target achievement for the quarter.. Each NP00 Navara grade attracts varying points for every eligible retail during July to September. Eligible sale types that attract POINTS are: Private (R), ABN (B), Salary Sacrifice (I), and Membership Bodies (U). NP00 GRADE JULY AUGUST SEPTEMBER RX DX ST STX 4. POINTS PER ELIGIBLE RETAIL 2 1 2 1 2 1 Your total NP00 Navara July to September points will be multiplied by your NP00 Navara quarterly % target achievement to calculate your final score. All NP00 Navara retails regardless of sale type (*see demo cap) count towards your % target achievement. This score will be used to rank the winners. Total July to Sept points X July to Sept % target achievement = Final Ranking Score

SCORE EXAMPLES Dealer ABC Dealer XYZ DX, RX eligible Retails = 25 ST eligible Retails = 1 STX eligible retails = 4 DX, RX eligible Retails = 25 ST eligible Retails = 1 STX eligible retails = 4 Total July to September 2015 Points earned DX, RX eligible Retails = 25 x points = 75 points ST eligible Retails = 1 x 2 points = 62 points STX eligible retails = 4 x 1 point = 4 points (1) TOTAL POINTS EARNED = 75 + 62 + 4 = 171 % Target Achievement Total NP00 actuals = 90 Total NP00 target = 80 (2) TOTAL TARGET ACHIEVEMENT = 90 / 80 = 112.5% FINAL SCORE Points earned x % Target Achievement (1) 171 x (2) 112.5% = 192.4 Total July to September 2015 Points earned DX, RX eligible Retails = 25 x points = 75 points ST eligible Retails = 1 x 2 points = 62 points STX eligible retails = 4 x 1 point = 4 points (1) TOTAL POINTS EARNED = 75 + 62 + 4 = 171 % Target Achievement Total NP00 actuals = 90 Total NP00 target = 110 (2) TOTAL TARGET ACHIEVEMENT = 90 / 110 = 81.8% FINAL SCORE Points earned x % Target Achievement (1) 171 x (2) 81.8% = 19.9 Although both dealers had the same NP00 Navara eligible sales volumes (in this case 90 units), the dealer who achieved the higher NP00 Navara % target achievement received a higher final score. Therefore dealer ABC would be ranked above dealer XYZ for the top winning positions.

Rewards Criteria (continued) 5. ALL sales and target metrics refer only to NP00 NAVARA for the purposes of this incentive. 6. Retails must be processed in NISCOM over the month period from July to September 2015 7. Eligible sales types for POINTS EARNING are: Private (R), ABN (B), Salary Sacrifice (I), and Membership Bodies (U). 8. All NP00 Navara retails regardless of sales type (other than units over demo cap) count towards NP00 Navara target achievement. 9. Demo / Courtesy Car cap of 10% of your NP00 NAVARA target is allowed per month (units rounded upwards). NP00 demos and CC which fall within the 10% cap will count towards target achievement. Demos/Courtesy Car put-on over the 10% cap do not count towards target achievement. No cap exemptions will apply. 10. Demos/Courtesy Car on-solds do not count. 11. Units sold to Dealership name and or used car division do not count. 12. 50 day stocking policy calculation per month applies to NP00 Navara stocking qualification criteria. 1. Minimum 80% of your total Retail Sales Consultants must complete the NP00 Navara Online Training Module by 0th September 2015. 14. Online product training module as per Nissan LMS. Completion by an individual refers to pass grade and will be counted even if the module has already been completed prior to 1st of July. 15. In the case where scores are tied, the Sales Manager with the higher 6 Month Rolling Average CE Sales Recommendation Score (April September 2015) will be ranked ahead, in the case of a further tie the Sales Manager with the higher NP00 Navara DX and RX retails will be ranked ahead. 16. Retail Sales Consultants must be registered in AC15 by 0th September 2015 Please register or check your AC15 Registration Status. Failure to register in AC15 will forfeit your winning place.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Nissan Australia s NSSW Ambassador Club General Terms and Conditions (Click here to view) and the instructions and information on how to enter contained in this Program make up the full terms and conditions of entry. Participation in the NP00 Navara Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar Incentive constitutes acceptance of the Program conditions of entry and the NSSW Ambassador Club General Terms and Conditions. These Program conditions of entry, as amended from time to time, shall govern the conduct of the NP00 Navara Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar Incentive. Unless otherwise specified by Nissan Australia, all such changes, amendments or variations shall be deemed to operate retrospectively. Variations to the conditions of entry may be announced, at the discretion of Nissan Australia, and may be in writing and forwarded to all eligible participates. The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of their prize. Nissan takes no responsibility for any tax implications, including but not limited to, fringe benefits tax and income tax for which the winner may be liable.
