Highest Capacity Rogator 1084C/1286C Challenger RoGator 1084C and 1286C provide the highest spraying capacity. Engine Fitted with powerful Caterpillar Tier III / stage 3 A engines the machines have a great capacity. The RoGator 1084C is fitted with a CAT C7 engine and delivers 275 Hp with a peak of 299 Hp and the RoGator 1286C is fitted with a CAT C9 engine and delivers 311 Hp with a peak of 336 Hp, You can be guaranteed excellent performance, regardless of operating conditions. The powerful engines combine with the hydraustatic drive line improves performance and reduces fuel consumption. side wheels need more flow than the inside wheels. The cross drive system allows this without power wasting. The 1084C has a 4 speed hydrostatic and the 1286C has a 6-speed hydrostatic transmission. This gives always the maximum output in desired speed range. Suspension Both RoGator models are fitted with Air Spring suspension, with gas shocks on both axles. This gives a very smooth ride and a lot drivers comfort. Chassis The chassis of the RoGator is designed for high speed operation with very heavy loads in extreme conditions. The bolted C channel flex frame together with air suspension to keep all four wheels in contact with the ground. This gives maximum traction and stability. The cab is placed in the center of the machine. This gives optimal drivers comfort. Transmission The RoGator models are developed with the tandem hydrostat cross-drive system. The tandem hydrostat design drives the Sampo radial piston wheel motors in an X pattern, ensuring evenly distributed flow to the wheel motors. Drivability The RoGator models are simplicity itself to operate. Gear selection is electro hydraulic whilst engine speed is controlled electronically, either by use of a rocker switch control. Forward speed and direction can be controlled by the convenient armrest mounted Joystick. The machine has a hydrostatic dynamic braking system. The parking brake in the front wheel engines are actuated via a pedal in the cab. Free clearance The outstanding ground clearance of up to 122 cm on the 1286C and 127 cm on the 1084C RoGator models offer a tremendous reduction in crop damage. The underside of the RoGator has an extremely smooth profile. With this clearance it s possible to protect your crops in a later grow stadium. Adjustable track width The front and rear axles are fitted with hydraulically adjusted track width. The track width of the RoGator 1084C is 3.05-3.86 m and the track width of the 1286C is 3.05-3.86 m. The operator can change the track width on the drive by a simple push of a button in the cab.
Cab Fitted with a newly designed, highly comfortable, suspended, panoramic, air conditioned cab, you can be guaranteed of an excellent level of operator comfort. The cabs have been specially designed to create the safest possible working environment for operators. Each cab is pressurised and fitted with a threelevel carbon filtering system to seal out dust, chemicals and other contaminants. The large glass area provides ultimate allround visibility. The modern analogue dials integrated into the dashboard give you information such as speed, engine RPM, fuel, temperature, oil pressure and a volt meter. The VRS (Viration Reduction System) seat provides the operator with a quit and comfortable workstation. The floating armrest allows the operator to perform a number of functions. In the cab there are a number of overhead switches, cab lighting, standard climate control / heating and radio with cd/mp³ player. FALCON VT controller Falcon VT system functions are controlled by the ultra modern terminal with a 25 cm touchscreen colour monitor. The spray controller controls constantly the application rates and monitors the liters per ha, the spray pressure, total sprayed volumes and area covered, speed and tank volume. The controller is also lower case equipped with SD-Datacard slot for data transfer.
Wide versatility Rogator 1084C/1286C Spray tank RoGator sprayers are equipped with a durable stainless steel spray tank. The tank of the 1084C is 4088 litre and the tank of the 1286C is 4770 litre. The tank is easy to clean. A sparger tube runs the entire length of the tank to keep chemicals properly mixed. Steel booms Booms up to 36.5 m are available for the RoGator 1084C and 1286C. Steel booms are exceptionally rigid and stable with full breakaway. This feature extends boom life and improves machine reliability. Airmax spreader The RoGator 1286C can also be fit with a Airmax spreader. This is a pneumatic fertiliser spreader and has a working width of 18 m. The fertiliser is distributed via deflectors, with triple overlap for optimal spreading. There are two nozzles mounted on one air pipe. The robust spreader construction guarantees a durable spreader. The dosing procedure is controlled by the Falcon VT terminal. This enables you to adjust the dosage very accurately. New Leader spreader The RoGator 1084C and 1286C can be equipped with a new leader disc spreader. This fertiliser spreader with continuous disc speed adjustment can be adjusted perfectly to the composition of the product. The working width is up to 36 m. The disc spreader is extremely flexible and has a very highly effective output. It is available in various versions for spreading mineral fertiliser and lime. Auto-Guide steering system The Auto-Guide System is a fully automatic steering system which steers the RoGator precisely along virtual track lines in the field. Independent of traditional track indication systems, Auto-Guide enables equipment of various working widths to be operated so that their operating ranges connect up with each other exactly. This means that connecting work cycles can even be carried out in dark conditions or with poor visibility. Overlaps or non-treated sections are a thing of the past. High savings on fuel, chemicals and fertiliser can be achieved, resulting in increased profitability and productivity.
