GENERAL NOTES Situation Manor Farm lies close to the M42 junction 11 near Tamworth and has good road access via the B5493 Tamworth/No Mans Heath Road. From the M42/A444 interchange (junction 11) pick up the B5493 towards Seckington and No Man s Heath. Travel straight through the village of No Man s Heath and after ¾ mile turn left signposted Newton Regis into Kings Lane. Continue into the village to the T-junction and turn left signposted Austrey. Continue past the primary school on the right and out of the village with the sale field lying third field on the right after the houses. From Tamworth pick up the B5493 towards Seckington, No Man s Heath and Measham and continue along that road for approximately 6 miles. After the junction for Seckington turn right at the next junction into Kings Lane signposted Newton Regis. Continue on and follow the detailed road directions above.
