ACCELL H 60 Ton Model - Hybrid Technology The Accell H 60-ton machine is all about features. This smart and accessible machine has so much packed into the frame that whatever forming challenge you have in mind, it s got you covered. Everything from the revolutionary ALLY backgauge, optional dual screens and intelligent design makes this machine an obvious choice for forming smaller parts. FEATURING: RUGGED BUILD At 10,500 lbs., our 60-ton Hybrid is the heaviest single cylinder machine on the market, making it the toughest and most durable machine of its kind. ACCELL H 120-190 Ton Models - Hybrid Technology The Accell H 120-190 ton models combine power and precision into a sleek design. Using a combination of Electric and Hydraulic Drive Systems, these hybrid machines are highly efficient, impressively quiet and utilize the latest in Accurpress Motion Technologies. FEATURING: 4 POINT WAYS SYSTEM The Four Point Ram Guiding System allows for stable ram movement even with larger open heights and stroke lengths. The Ram moves freely up and down via 4 hardened Roller Ways. SIDE PANELS Quality sheet metal panels protect the safety guarding system and give the Accell H a signature new look. These panels swing open to allow for easy side loading of tooling and access to the safety system. 16 THROAT DEPTH A large side depth increases flexibility with forming larger parts. MATERIAL COMPENSATION FEATURES MATERIAL THICKNESS SENSING SYSTEM During the bending process, the Accell measures variations and inconsistencies in material thickness and then self-adjusts to maintain accurate angle performance. TEACH CROWNING The Teach Crowning feature eliminates the need to manually adjust crowning values via a crowning sensor, which measures machine deflection in realtime and automatically updates the system for the next bend. PRESSURE COMPENSATION The Accell Hybrid senses variations in pressure between bending with or against the material grain and senses different bend line lengths. Available in lengths from 6 to 24, the Premium backgauge is built with large section extrusions and roller carriage castings that maintain strength and accuracy over the life of the machine. ACCELL H SUPREME BACKGAUGE The Supreme backgauge is Accurpress 6-Axis gauging system that meets the challenges of complex sheet metal parts and fast paced production environments. Constructed from a one-piece rugged steel platform that is isolated from machine ram movements, the Supreme backgauge maintains its accuracy and strength over the lifetime of the machine. Rear guarding, complete with gate and safety interlock switch, is installed for every Supreme backgauge to meet all applicable industry safety standards. BACKGAUGE OPTIONS ALLY BACKGAUGE Available Exclusively For the 60 Ton Model The new ALLY backgauge provides a range of backgauge capabilities. From the standard movements of the 4 axis, to the 7 axis that can position parts independently, this backgauge is your ALLY in part forming. The ALLY is available in 3 configurations: 4 Axis 5 Axis 7 Axis X, R, Z1 and Z2 (DC Motors) X, Xr (Rotation), R, Z1, and Z2 (DC Motors) X, Xr, R, Z1, Z2 (Servo Motors), Finger Flip and Finger Clamp. WILA PRECISION TOOLING SYSTEMS For over 80 years, Wila has supplied trend-setting tools and accessories worldwide for press brake builders and users. Wila continues to invest in the latest bending technologies making them the smart choice for the Accurpress machine. THE ACCURPRESS CROWNING DIE HOLDER The Accurcrown system is available for all Accell models. This Crowning Die Holder is manufactured with a series of precision wedges providing a uniform crown, which may be adjusted manually or power interfaced to the Accurpress CNC system. 20 Accurpress Precision Forming Systems

SUPPORT FIXTURES FRONT SUPPORT ARMS The Accurpress front support arms come in 24 and 36 lengths and are fully adjustable for different tooling heights and thicknesses. The bottom Foot Disk allows the operator to easily adjust the height of the support arm while the top support piece can be adjusted front to back depending on the desired position. These support arms are mounted on a liner rail for smooth and accurate positing left to right on the press brake. Both sizes feature angle gauging, squaring bars and disappearing stops. Built in protractor SHEET FOLLOWER The Accurpress Sheet Following System is a moveable support table that lifts and supports material during the bending motion. It is fully synchronized with the ram bend speed and desired angle and can support a load capacity of 500lb per sheet follower. Descent speed and activation of the Sheet Following System are fully programmable by the operator. 52 40 Accurpress Precision Forming Systems 21

SAFETY SYSTEMS FIESSLER AKAS 3-P The Fiessler laser guiding system is available for all Accell H Models and protects the operator from pinch point hazards of closing tooling. The Fiessler system transmits 3 lasers across the tooling area and monitors any interference as the parts are formed. In the event of an unplanned obstruction in the laser area, the ram is immediately stopped, thereby protecting the operator. LIGHT CURTAIN GUARDING Optional light curtain guarding is also available for all Hybrid machines. On the 60 ton, the light curtain acts as a safety guarding device and also initiates ram motion (PSDI). For the 120 and 190 ton machines, the light curtain acts exclusively to initiate the ram motion (PSDI). REAR GUARDING Rear guarding is a standard feature for the Supreme, Elite and Ally backgauges and can be ordered as an option for the Premium backgauge. A metal wall complete with gate and safety interlock switch is installed and safely blocks operator access to the backgauge area. If the operator needs to access the back of the machine, an interlock switch is installed on the gate that will prevent the machine from turning on when the door is opened. ROBOTICS INTEGRATION Accurpress offers robotic press brake solutions for automated bending. Robotized bending combines the Accell press brake with experienced partners in robotics and offline software. OBELISK OFFLINE ROBOTIC SOFTWARE Obelisk offline programming for press brake robot workcells enables you to simulate the whole bending process and program them from your office.
