Current mileage 45,950. Appearance: As it is original paint and upholstery, it is a Grade 3+. Always garage kept. Body: Original Paint (Trim code C AA, Carmine Red), Stripes (White w/chrome accent) and Vinyl Top (Black). Manufactured date MAR 1976 Commission number ACL 23495 U Body trim tags: Silver T 22178 CG Red 021305 CG Engine CL21574 On each door is a navy blue "7" stencil and on the hood there was a large "7" stencil. They do not look after market and I have found photos of other cars with the same decals displayed. Factory or Dealer installed??? Original spare wheel stowage strap intact. New trunk lid weather strip. 2016. New luggage floor mat and trunk trim board kit 2017. Engine: Complete rebuild December 2011 (39,368 miles) by Ed Barnard (Eclectic Sport Car Services). Bored 0.040" Over. New pistons 8.0 to 1. Rebuilt donor head with stock cam. Non-catalytic model with valve seats now for no lead gas. All other emission equipment removed by original owner. New rear axle bearings and seals. 2014. New clutch slave and master cylinder. 2015. Exhaust: Header on car when I bought it. Now ceramic coated inside and out. 2014 Pegasus heat shield on starter. 2014. Complete Rimmer Brothers stainless steel exhaust system from header on back. May 2017. New exhaust hardware from Robsport. Suspension: New uprated / lowered springs, struts, shocks, ball joints and all related components with poly bushings. 2008. Electrical: Electronic Ignition. All bulbs replaced, new directional signal/horn switch, new wiper switch, new hazard relays, headlight switch, brake and reverse switch. Rebuilt the hazard switch (NLA). Cleaned and repaired wiper motor and all system parts. Flip up headlamp motors all working properly. Low fuel sender and seat belt switches all functional. Both front directional signal units new. Rear window defog. All gages functional, clock just sometimes. Trip odometer reset. Audio: Finally broke down and bought a new KENWOOD stereo and speakers. Have the original. September 2016. Original dealer installed AM/FM with (2) door speakers comes with car. It actually works very well. New antenna and cable. May 2017. Other Modifications: All upgrades ONLY done with intent of making vehicle a more reliable (modern) driver. Replaced fuel tank with 5-Speed Model (For future), tank fittings and sending unit. 2009. Replaced original LUCAS ZM100PE unit with 1.2 HP Nippondenso Gear Reduction Starter. 2009. I worked directly with Wizard Cooling on the design of this all Aluminum radiator for the TR7, using a TR8 thermal switch. Serial #000001. 2012. NOTE: It will not fit with the original Triumph factory R12 AC condenser in place. This is designed for HFC - R134 a conversion. New ac condenser installed. Replaced (2) factory pusher fans with (1) KENLOWE 2-speed fan with control unit for additional cooling / ac system. 2012. Replaced original LUCAS 20ACR (65 amp) alternator with GM Saturn 8215 (95 amp) alternator 2013. Replaced fuel tank sending unit float with FORD COAZ-9202-B - FLOAT ASY (brass) for ethanol gas 2014. Replaced dual ZS carburetors and intake with a new California single intake manifold, PIERCE J15-1560 adapter and WEBER 32/36 DGV 2-barrel down draft carburetor w/ manual choke and 1.75" tall air filter. New charcoal emissions canister. 2015. Rebuilt OEM Lucas distributor and replaced electronics with Petronix unit. Vacuum unit is now 12 degrees advance, not 2 degrees retard 2015. New radiator fan Viscous coupling and tolerance ring. 2015. In addition to mechanical fuel pump, running Mr. Gasket #12S electric fuel pump,4-7 psi, 35 gal./hr. with pre-filter. Average 2amp draw at maximum delivery. Fused at 5amp. Took ground from pump all the way back directly to the battery. Added Fuel Pressure Regulator 3-495 from Victoria British.1/2 to 5-1/2 psi in 1/2 psi increments. Set to 3psi. FRAM G2 fuel filter. Now changed to Weber Fuel Pressure Regulator 31800.063, 1.5 to 20psi and Mr. Gasket 9747 glass fuel filter rated at 10 psi and added a fuel pressure gage. Added Borg Warner S352 oil pressure switch with Painless Performance Products 30131 Weatherproof Fuel Pump Relay Kit. 2015. Added fuel pump primer button under dash with a Potter Brumfield relay.
