Overview Coupling is device to transmit torque from driving side to driven side and also has function of compensation of axial,radial,angular misalignment which generated by manufacturing, installation error, temperature influence. SIBRE coupling is applied to industry of petrochemical, coal mine, steel mill, paper making, etc. Working principle All steel coupling is a flexible coupling, flexible component is package of steel films which is made of thin plate of stainless steel. Fit bolts were mounted in staggered on divided circle and also connect flange hubs and package of films. In this way, package of films is divided into two stressed position while forced, hitting position and pulling position. All steel coupling is to transmit torque by rigidity of package of films and compensate axial, radial, angular misalignment by elastic deformation of package of films. Features No need for lubrication and maintenance. The machine misalignment can be assessed. Torsionally rigid without any backlash. No wearing parts, high resistance to harsh environmental conditions. Infinite life if properly aligned.
