1. Summary Solar Power System is the power of new energy power generation system. It designed and manufactured for characteristics and requirements of new energy power generation system, suitable for solar photovoltaic power generation system for power supply equipment of high quality, high reliability requirements, system change sunlight to electricity by PV battery, through the charging circuit to charge the battery, at the same time, the battery supply power to the part of inverter which supply the AC power to the AC load. The series of control &inverter integrated power supply has wide input current voltage, rated output voltage and frequency. products used in a large number of families, substation, communication service industry or the comprehensive system of power etc, and can realize the real-time observation on line of remote data through remote communication function. It is the core of modern new energy generation system. Please read this manual carefully before use it! 1.1. Main characteristics (1) DSP chip control of high performance produced by TI company. (2) Closed loop PDI algorithm, improved the dynamic response of system output, and the quality of power output. 3. Display and function instruction LCD advice the display of 128*64 lattice chart, through LCD display interface and easy operated menu to operate the system. User can browse conveniently the parameters of input, output, load and battery to obtain the current machine state and alarm information in time. 3.1. Display board Event record System set up Real time data Equipment information 3.2. LED Indicator light show (1). Photovoltaic controller is over current when light on,photovoltaic controller is in normal when light off. (2). Mains supply is normal and output is in the mode of mains supply when light on, mains supply is abnormal or output is in the inverter mode when light off. (3). Inverter is operating when light on, indicate inverter is closed when light off. (4). The battery is low voltage when light on, meanwhile, the buzzer will sound at interval of 1S. The battery voltage is normal when light off. (5). The machine is in over load state when light on, non overload when light off. (6). The machine is in status of breakdown when light on, output will switch to bypass; the machine has no breakdown currently when light off, and will restart 3 minutes after recover the breakdown unless invert shot circuit. 5

3.3. Button function (1). F1 : Long press the key to start machine ;short press the key dead the sound made by buzzer. (2). F2 : Long press the key to shut down the machine. (3). RST : Escaped key. (4).The arrow key can switch the window or move cursor in different menu. (5). OK : Confirmation key 3.4. Data display (1)Main interface Bellow is the main interface of the whole display board, can move cursor by the key of up and down, final press confirmation key-- OK to enter the next interface; and press escape key RST back to the main interface. 4. Sequence of operation 4.1. Power up sequence (1).Connect input cable of battery +,- (2) Connect AC output cable L,N (3) Connect positive and negative solar (4) Open DC input circuit breaker (5) Long press key F1 on the board to start machine (6) Open AC output circuit breaker 4.2. Power down sequence (1) Long press F2 on the board to turn off machine (2) Close AC output circuit breaker (3) Close DC input circuit breaker (4) Disconnect all of the cable 8

6. Break down phenomenon If the machine has alarm and other abnormal situations, please follow below steps to check: (1) First to check the indicator light status, LCD screen display situation, understand the reason of abnormal; (2) Confirm input and output are normal or not. (3) Circuit breaker status is normal or not (4) Clear alarm content, find the reason according to the prompts. (5) The conventional fault, alarm and reason: Breakdown Common reason and treatment methods code 1 Inverter overload;reduce load to rated value 8 Load shot circuit;check load type and output circuit Controller over heated; check if filter is clogged at the air-out 16 passage,cooling fan is in normal operation. Inverter over temperature;check if filter is clogged at the air-out 32 passage,cooling fan is in normal operation. 64 Battery voltage lower than 43.2V, inverter stop output. The battery voltage is too high,inverter stop output.;please 128 check if the configuration of photovoltaic panel is reasonable Other failures Contact customer service center Note: Troubleshooting is only for simple trouble shooting, please Pay attention to the safe use of electricity in checking process, if you need to check after running machine, please contact customer service or operate under the instruction! If the problem is still here, please contact the customer service center in time, and provide the following information: (1) Machine type (2) Machine number (3) Time of failure (4) LCD display alarm information, LED status, load type and capacity size, Power condition etc. Type and number can be checked by qualified certificate (label) of machine, or by LCD screen interface. 7. Maintenance and after-sale service The warranty period is two years since the sale date of the equipment, more than the warranty period, transport damage, incorrect operation and damaged by man or natural calamities etc, caused damage by force-major, are excluded in warranty. 10
